Buyer beware, all purchases are final, even though this is not posted anywhere in store! Daughter bought jeans, no fitting rooms, brought back and the lady pulls out her receipt and pointed to tje policy, that you don't see until AFTER you checkout...

Suppose to open at 9 got there at 10 and the employees still had the gate down and just stared at me from the other side for 20 mins. I ended up just walking away, your not getting my money.

I wanted to leave a positive review for this store. I went to write it and saw these negative reviews. They sound like scorned employees and customers that can’t understand policies. Either way I’ve been shopping this location since it opened. I get greeted every time I walk into the store and they are not pushy. This store is so clean compared to forever 21. They have a plus size section which I love because I am in Between sizes and sometimes need a 1x. I’m ranking this store 4 stars because it is not perfect. I’ve had a couple coupon issues but for the most part I’ve left happy.

The manager needs to learn how to talk to people and have all her correct information before she gets her a** slapped!!!. I bought a pair of shoes for my neice which were on the "Last pair "and had evidence of wearing at the bottom of the shoe... no biggie ..at least I thought... the shoes were a gift for my neice I guessed her size ...I went back to exchange the shoe and the manager told the girl ringing me up you can tell she's worn the shoe already and it trying to get a refund..I had to school her on couple of things with a smile of course.... they have cute clothes thoughðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜

HORRIBLE customer service!! Went in the other day to return an online order, walked up to 3 girls behind the counter. Not one of them greeted me. I stated I had a return. The girl was very snobby. Love Charlotte Russe but I'd rather shop online then deal with going into and being treated like that. Very rude!!!

I would rate this store zero stars if possible. Being a frequent customer and a friend of one of the current employees, it's a few things that need to be exposed about this location. On several occasions of me being in this store, whether that's shopping or just browsing around, I've witnessed the store manager Brandy and the supervisors gossiping in the corners while the sales associates do all of the work. I have even overheard one of the supervisors discussing pregnancy scares and their baby daddy issues while I was looking at jeans. I don't think that's professional, and not once did any of them ask if I needed help. There was also no one manning the fitting room and it looked like a hurricane back there with clothes everywhere. There's also a supervisor and a sales associate that are sisters. I didn't know that Charlotte Russe practiced nepotism. I like the clothes here, but I don't like or appreciate the managers and supervisors watching me like a hawk as if I'm going to steal or even not acknowledging me as I come in. My friend says when she finds another job, she's out of there!
