I love me and my daughter shoes that I purchased but I didn’t like my shopping experience, because while me and my daughter were trying on our shoes your employee stand over us and stared at us the whole time when we put on one shoe to see if it fit. But she didn’t do that with the group of young guys when she was helping them when i walked in the store with my child.. I felt offended like she felt like I was going to steal… I won’t be shopping again at that location in Parkdale Mall. The location in Houston has better customer service and never treat customers like they are criminals..

I shopped several stores in the mall, and the young man was so helpful at city gear. I will definitely go back.

Went to buy my son 2 pair of shoes yesterday and one lady stayed behind the counter and the other walked back forth with a ladder, without just helping, I just left and was treated better at the avenue A location, definitely won't be going back ?

I always speak with the manager directly and she informs me of the latest deals and raffles. She is very straight with me and sometimes I get what I want and sometimes I don’t. A very honest and legitimate shopping experience. The store is always laid out A1 too with the latest units. A+

terrible service, i went in to exchange socks that weren’t even bought 5 min ago... and they forced my girlfriend to buy some socks she didn’t want. right after i asked for an exchange because it was “tax free”. after i told them twice i wanted to exchange they proceeded to dismiss me and look at my girlfriend and ask her to buy socks she didn’t need. completely rude and disrespectful. my first time going & it’s definitely my last.
