My experience was the salesman and sales manager were professional and provided great customer service. There was no pressure I drove every mid size SUV General Motors makes and the knowledge and ability to find me what I wanted was what lead me to purchase from Classic Chevrolet.

Hi everyone : Just want to inform you all about the mis representation and bad ethics and poor customer service of this classic dealership of Beaumont. Unsatisfactory behavior and not fulfilling their commitment along with hiding the truth about vehicle accident history is how they deal with the customers. We are forced to say they are rude and prejudice too. We would never recommend this dealership to anyone

Staff is very welcoming and friendly. They check to make sure you have transportation while your car is being serviced even offering a shuttle service. I live in Mont Belvieu which is an hour away from where I get my car serviced but the customer service here is the reason I choose to make the drive.

My salesman, Carlos Rodrigues, was awesome along with everyone I dealt with there. Carlos is a brand new salesman, and he was so awesome. The others were there to help him and me. Great experience.

Called to check on chips that were retrofit and they ordered them. Once in they contacted me to schedule an appointment, also an oil change and tire rotation. It was done in very timely manner and contacted me as soon as it was completed.

I asked for Ronnie Spell the sale consultant that sold me my last truck in 2021, who came in on his day off the help me find the truck I wanted. He’s very knowledgeable about all the futures on the new trucks. Needless to say that’s a class A customer service! The hole buying process was a breeze from picking out a truck and getting the financial part done.

Wife and I went to buy a new truck we liked on Saturday August 5th. Looked at it on website, someone emailed me all about the truck, drive an hour there and low and behold the price is 10,000 more!!Bait and switch!!!I did end up buying a new truck, just at a different dealership.Stay away from changing prices!!!

I had a safety recall on my 2022 Denali. I brought it in on Saturday morning to get fitted in between appointments and they were able to take mine straight back and take care of the recall. Much thanks to the service technician and service staff!!!

This is a review on the service department. I made an appointment because my check engine light came on. I showed up early for my 9:00 appointment. There were vehicles everywhere, but I finally found a place to park. I had to go inside were several people just ignored me. Finally, a lady asked what I needed, and I told her I had a 9:00 appointment because my check engine light came on. She told me it would be 3-5 days before they could even look at my vehicle. That is absurd! I bought my last vehicle from Sewell Infiniti, and for the past 8 years I have brought my vehicle to Sewell for every service. Let me tell you they are the Chick-Fil-A of car dealerships. Every time I pull up to Sewell (even without an appointment) someone immediately comes up to ask what I need done today, and they already know who I am before. They get the vehicle right in to the back! They have a nice waiting area with refreshments if you want to wait or they have a fleet of loaner vehicles you can take if you want to go run errands. They always figure out the problem that day, and can usually fix it the same day. If they have to keep it, then I just get to take the loaner vehicle home, they are fast and efficient. I think Classic could take some lessons from Sewell. I will now be bringing my GMC to Sewell Cadillac since they don't have a GMC dealership in Houston. Once you go Sewell you can't go back. I tried, and Classic is just a cluster!

We came not knowing exactly what we wanted and Carlos helped us without pressuring us. We looked and left this dealership then went to others and had an uncomfortable experience with another dealership then decided to come back due to the way Carlos dealt with us. He made the difference.

I have no doubt in my mind about the ability of Classic chevrolet but when it comes to buying anything or getting stuff done the best sales rep in this country I will always go to and refer people too is Jason Golston is where my loyalty lies with he has become a great force and friend and we both understand the value of wat we both want to get accomplished Nothing against no one else that works there I just was so over Joy I had the opportunity to talk and meet Jason and he got me in my truck AKA the Chocolate Chip ? I love and can't wait to be back in TX and trade it and set up away to special order a brand new one that is to my Specifications or possibly find one in yalls inventory but I Absolutely love the color of my truck and there's not one out here like it I have traveled from TX to ky and elsewhere there's not one that can match it and when I bought it I had no idea of that but Jason did and to me that's how I am with everything I buy in life I don't want to look like no one else I want look only like me but to all of the team at Classic Chevrolet I am blessed by yall and really look forward to fall and winter to be back in Texas making another purchase thur the guy that blessed me before Jason Golston I hope all is well with everyone and see yall on the next tour of yalls dealership and yall experience thanks again Classic Chevrolet team yall r all ?????Sent from Yahoo Mail on AndroidShow more

Wife and I drove an hour to this dealership to buy a truck, I was pre-approved before we went.Get to the dealership and the truck is about 10000 more than what was online!!The salesman was rude when we asked why the price was different. So wife and I left and bought a new truck elsewhere!Stay away from the changing prices!!!

Bruce was very helpful during the whole process, he took time to explain the truck’s features and worked with me on feeling good about the deal we agreed to.
