Bought a new 23 Silverado 2500 they tack on extra money for a oil change package and ceramic coating that they put on after you buy the vehicle. Wouldn't take it off or get rid of the oil change package which does me no good since I can't go there to get the oil changed since I was moving out of state. Then to top it off the so called ceramic coating they put on that costs an extra $2k doesn't last more than a month and then your paint has no glass feel that should be there with a ceramic coating I have installed them before. I called my sales guy Tim and he said I had to contact the manufacturer of the ceramic coating so he gave me there number. I called 8 times left voicemails and never got anyone. It's all a scam don't buy from these crooks.

Customer service in the beginning was great. After voicing my concerns of what I thought was wrong with my vehicle I was ignored. Picked up the vehicle 2 days later after the issue was supposedly resolved and I still can’t drive my vehicle after spending $1100. The dealership picked up my vehicle multiple times and did not resolve or figure out the problem. I tried to request a different guy to hear me out and that didn’t happen either. Called and left voicemails multiple times for Misty who is very rude and never returned my phone call until I demanded to speak with her. Overall Misty and the person who serviced my vehicle made seem like I was bothering them so I never returned my vehicle to sit for another week while being told the same thing.

Yes, I had a preapproval loan from golf Coast educators with extra incentives and underwriter used another Gulf Coast branch that didn’t except the incentives from gulf coast credit union in Pasadena so instead of getting my 5.9 APR, I ended up with a 6.9 APR and No life insurance for my vehicle. and I haven’t received my contract documents to see when my payments are due other than that the sales person was awesome and courteous.

Will definitely Never come back ! My sales representative was good no problem , we bought two brand new vehicles! Cadillac and a sierra , as you see the sierra the brackets were not working at all !!!!! Literally this was an awful experience and having my 10 weeks year old baby with me was so scary ! dealer has done nothing about it ! ????????Took my Cadillac yesterday for service oil change and tire rotation (they never rotate my tires we noticed because my husband marked the tires before we dropped it off at the dealership!!! And by checking reviews they had the same issue like mine with the oil change,tire rotation and car wash which also never got !???????

Salesman was very knowledgeable about the vehicles. He let me figure out what I needed/wanted and assisted with explanations and differences of each vehicle I looked at. This is my 3rd vehicle from this dealership and the staff knows how to keep me coming back! Great experience!

Wish I could give NO STARS! They sold my daughter and son In law a new car but tacked on extra $3500 without disclosing the charges when they signed the papers. They also switched them from using their pre approval through the credit union and had them switch to one of their banks that doubled their interest rate. This was their first adult purchase and of course didn't understand the process. The sales guy saw them coming a mile away and took advantage. Luckily we got them out of it less the 24hrs and go their old car back!

Good experience and a fair deal. With all the up charging dealerships have been doing I didn’t have that obstacle here. They were fair on price and worked to get my deal done. Sal was easy to work with and communication was good. Delivered on what was stated and they kept me where I wanted to be on pricing. Now is a good time to take advantage of incentives and get away from the high prices that have been shoved down peoples throats, Classic Chevrolet wasn’t high pressure and they worked for my business, pricing was good and was in and out of finance in a snap! Go see Sal he tries to take care of his customers. Good experience all around.

Phillip Bick kept me up to speed with my truck order from start to finish, so I never had to make a call checking on the status of my 3500 crew cab 8' bed. I couldn’t ask for a better dealership or salesman Phil Bick made my dream come true for my dream car a white with red seats CORVETTE STINGRAY! I’m in Arlington Tx but you would have thought I was right in Beaumont Tx he explained and called all the way till I flew there and got my car and for that I am grateful and thankful Phil your Awesome!!!

I had a great experience just looking around at Classic Chevrolet Beaumont. The salespeople were friendly and helpful, especially Sal, and they didn't pressure me to buy anything. I was able to take my time looking at the cars on the lot, and I even got to test drive a few of them.

I shopped with Sal for a month before he found exactly what would fit my family. He goes above and beyond to put you in what you are looking for. Once he finished his job and sent me over to finance they were very detailed in the process. We went line by line with explanations on what i was buying. Great experience overall.

I took in my Tahoe in to have a bid completed for AC and body work.Tyler, in the service department was very thorough and courteous. He explained the process and the bid and answered all of my questions. The whole process was completed quickly and efficiently. Tyler deserves a raise! Great job!!
