My 1st and last experience with dealing with the service department. Everyone is rude ,nonchalant and non-communicative about their policies. Including the Service Manager. and If you get Ms.Sandra as your agent RUN. She will be so busy and not know her left from her right, tell you “Oh I forgot”, “Oh I got busy”, “Oh I misplaced” at least she’s brutally honest w/o an apology. And don’t let them not find anything wrong with your vehicle. Because then the Service Manager will tell you how many hours a technician worked on your car. And because he couldn’t find anything wrong to diagnose it. He did all those hours for free and the dealership made no money off of you. And You should be lucky they even got to look at your vehicle in a day (all day at that 8:30am-5:00pm) being they’re always so super busy hardworking and a mazing (insert sarcasm). Not 1 apology for failing to communicate properly, no apology for poor customer service, no apologies for my vehicle’s sensors still being on, and then they will berate you and basically tell you it’s your fault your vehicle is having problems because you go elsewhere to service your vehicle instead of paying them all your money. If I could give -0.00 stars I would.

We originally scheduled the service back in June/July, the service center never contacted us and I had informed Amanda Johnson (who is phenomenal btw) of this on one of her checkup calls to us. The service manager called me and we discussed the situation, he claimed to have reached out at a certain day, but reviewing my call log directly on my cell provider's website shows I received no calls. In addition, no email was sent out and no follow up attempts to reach out were made. They canceled the service visit without informing me... But the manage rescheduled, assured it'd get taken care of in a couple of weeks, and even added my email.Fast forward to now; the exact same thing has occurred! Cancelled appointment, no one reached out over email or phone to myself nor wife... It is mind blowing at how utterly incompetent this facility is. Take ownership of your clearly problematic support system if you care about customer retention.We even paid extra for an additional 'tech' service coverage...I'm done with letting Classic waste my time, do better for your future customers.

I've purchased my car at this location in which everyone had great customer service. Once i began to schedule appointments the people in service can be so rude making you want to go elsewhere for service.They attempt to convince you to give a good rating for free perks, no practice customer service and this wouldn't be an issue and you wouldn't have to beg for ratings.hopefully it changes for the better !

Bought a 2023 Kia sorento last week from Tyler. He was quick, efficient, and very knowledgeable. Took time to set up my KIA access on my phone, showed me different features, and set up my free oil change that was included! 10/10 satisfied with an awesome experience!

Wonderful Experience buying my new Seltos. Carla Le was an Amazing salesperson!! She kept me up to date on the arrival of my vehicle and even sent me a picture of it on the truck. Everything went so smoothly! Definitely recommend Carla and Classic Kia.

Bought a KIA Carnival from Mark and everything was excellent. I drove in from San Antonio to make the purchase and I was taken care of from the moment I arrived. Got a great deal and all the staff was very helpful. Traded in a car and was pleased with the value they offered.

Ethan is probably one of the most attentive sales people there. We didn’t get a vehicle but the fact that he left such an impression is huge. We went shopping for me and my husband was with me and never once directed the attention towards my husband but always on me as it was my car I was buying. Had a wonderful test drive, handled all my concerns about the vehicle, and answered all my questions. When he didn’t know an answer he went to find the answer instead of making something up like we’ve had happen before at other places. A genuine pleasure and nice experience for shopping for a car despite us not getting one today. Ask for him and you won’t be let down.
