I've been kind of torn about leaving a review for this place. I'm torn because the front office and the technician both gave me different experiences however, neither were five stars. Katzkin had me bring my truck here for some warranty work and I will say this... Any correspondence at all shared between you and the front desk, verify it, verify it and verify again. Don't delete your messages, but I do hope you have a pleasant experience if you decide to have work done here. My experience resulted in the lady at the front desk leaving two voice messages wanting to book an appointment on Thursday. I returned the call and scheduled. I receive a call on Wednesday wondering if I'm going to come to my appointment. I made this appointment with her, I verified with her and I put in my calendar immediately. I got the feeling someone was trying to get a long weekend. I ended up bringing my truck in on Thursday (like it was scheduled to be done) at 0800 like I was told, the lady doesn't show until around 0830. I did not hear anything back until Friday around 1:30 I received a text message saying my truck was finished and they would be closing early. No phone call, just a text message, knowing they are closed all weekend. I call, no one answers, nor is my call returned until Monday and I am told that I was called and a voicemail was left... Someone must have called the wrong number. After spending all weekend without a vehicle I receive a call on Monday and I'm basically called a liar. I'm sure I'm leaving a few things out for sake of brevity, my last complaint is: I asked for something extremely simple to be done (my heated and cooled seat control buttons to be moved) and they could not accommodate. I have worked as an automotive installer for a few years now and I know for a fact that is an extremely simple task, however it could not be done due to the complexity of the install... Like I said this was warranty work, I will never go there and spend my money. Thanks Kayla (sarcasm).

Service was terrible food was hard and overcooked and the red sauce looked like someone took and poured tomato juice out of a can. I definitely wouldn't waste my time. the funny thing is the one in Beaumont it's pretty darn good... this one terrible..

My go-to place to have leather added to vehicles I sell that do not come with leather from the factory. Wouldn't use anyone else. Their leather products are every bit as good as factory, workmanship has never been an issue for me. Audrey also makes great recommendations based on experience when helping pick out exactly what is going in.

I was having leather put in my vehicle and they ordered the wrong color material at first which I said people make mistakes. They told me, "because of our mistake we can come pick the car up from you." They were late due to weather but didn't call and when they were reminded what time I needed the car back by they didn't say anything. They brought it back late and did a very poor job. They cut holes for my child safety seat but the cuts were asymmetrical and uneven. Additionally, they did not finish the trim work correctly. The day this was all set up to be corrected they did not show to the appointment to pick up the car and did not call. Audrey the lady that in charge has done a poor job communicating and has been very unprofessional about it all. The craftsmanship was rushed and shotty at best. I advise extreme caution if you are trying to do business with them. As of 02/06/2017 they still haven't corrected the issue.
