Service center is terrible. They don’t call you back. Michelle Calhoun service agent. She told we be though in 20 minutes got it took three hours longer. No apology about the extra time. I won’t even go back for an oil change. Service playing around.

I left my GMC Sierra for a week for transmission service, wheel alignment, and an oil change. I picked up my truck and paid a total of $1200. A week later, the low oil life warning light came on; it only had 5%. I checked the filter, and it was the same one I used for the previous oil change. Now I'm doubting whether they actually did the other services.

I recently took my car to the bodyshop at Classic Southeast Texas. I was very pleased with the quality of work and professionalism. Joey and his staff took the time to explain the repairs clearly, the process was handled efficiently, and the results exceeded my expectations. The workmanship was excellent, and my car looks as good as new. I would recommend Classic to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy repair.

We brought my Escalade in around November 2024 because the a/c stopped working. ($4K+) They fixed it. It would work, then stop working, work then stop working. Then it stopped working altogether. The guy we had brought it to said we have a 2-year warranty as long as we bring it in before then we will be fine. We brought it in July 2025. Then they told us the compressor had burnt up. ($2K+) I guess it did soon after we had them work on it the first time. Idk. But when we called to bring it back the lady kept having an issue with the fact that we waited so long to bring it in. We were told we had 2 years. We are in the time frame. Long story short, we will hopefully never have to go back there.
Not all people are rude there. There were a couple of nice people that we spoke with. The lady who takes payments was nice and the long blonde-haired lady who helped us was nice as well.

Ashley Sanchez was the most wonderful and sweetest salesperson! She defiantly made the car buying process super easy! She was very informative and straight forward about the buying options we had and even went outside to give us a car tour of all the features our Telluride has. I was also able to meet Eric Brown - their manager who was super sweet as well and also helped us with our trade in. I would recommend this place over and over again!

Kyler was very helpful in finding a car for me with all of the features I was looking for. I ended up with a car better than I could have ever imagined and for the first time this was a quick and amazing experience at a car dealership. I would recommend Kia to anyone in this area!
