Entire process of them fixing my PC took way longer than expected because they didn’t know What part needed to be replaced. made me by multiple parts for my PC that I didn’t need. Then charged me more to replace parts in my PC that didn’t need fixing. Will never come back would rather drive to Houston.

I wasn't going to leave a review even though I got my macbook back and all the back panel screws were mismatched and didn't fit right and they broke the touch bar. Wasn't going to leave a review because I don't like leaving negative reviews. HOWEVER, I recently had to replace the screen again and did it myself this time to save money, and lo and behold when I got the back panel off, HALF OF THE SCREWS ON THE INSIDE OF MY LAPTOP WERE MISSING. So yah, thanks for massively over-billing me for a simple job that you screwed up mightily. It took me barely 90 minutes to fix it myself correctly and I have no idea what I'm doing, I just followed along with a youtube video.

My husband called up there today with a question pertaining to my laptop, having exhausted all his ideas of what could be wrong. The person on the other line was super helpful in answering questions he had, and helping us finally figure out what it was! We will definitely bring in any of our computers in the future if they need repair beyond what we can do. Thank you so much for helping us today!
