We came in to purchase a dishwasher and a stove. We had Ms. Regina as our rep and she was honest and told us all the details of what would be included in our payment. She made sure that we had the appliances we needed and she made sure to let us know when the items would be available. We are very satisfied with our Anniversary gifts. Thank you Ms. Regina

TLDR: I was misquoted and corporate is miserable to deal with, but the actual employees at store 002 are great.Me and my fiance went on black Friday to see what they have. Soon get talked into a pc, moniter, desk, mouse, and keyboard. Came out to ~$3000. The salesman who will go, unnamed due to him making an honest mistake, kept saying it would be ~$97 a month with their financing with a 3 day return window. So I skim through the contract see nothing wrong or suspicious, after all I trust the guy. A couple of weeks later I get an email stating my payment will be ~$167 a month. Confused I go to conns the next day to talk with the guy. The gentleman I talked to was off so I talked to the manager, Very kind and understanding gentleman, after I tell him what happened he looks up my profile and said that it looks like he quoted me through a different company then I was given the contact to. Being the genuinely nice guy he is he put in a request to have my payment lowered to the quoted price. A couple of days pass and I get an email again saying that my request was denied so I went to talk to him again and he puts another request in. Skip to today and that request was denied and the email stated "This is the final resolution to this inquiry" I will be going tomorrow to talk to the manager again and escalating this as far as I can until I can either get my payment down to what was quoted or return my products completely unprofessional on the corporate side but the employees at store 002 are wonderful and understanding people. I would genuinely recommend this store if it weren't for this disaster.

Purchased air conditioner in early May 2023. Not 4 months later, I started having issues with the air conditioner. A Conns tech came out on Wednesday and diagnosed the problem to be with the control panel and said the part will be in on Friday. On Friday, I get a call from the service center saying the part didn’t come in and they needed to cancel my appointment. An hour or two later the part comes to my house via fedex so I call back and told them the part came in. They told me they were still waiting on the compressor and that wasn’t going to be in until Monday. I’m confused because the compressor is not what they told me was the issue. I go down to the Conns location to speak to the manager because I would be out of an air conditioner through the weekend on top of the already 4 days it’s been broken in 90+ degree weather. In talking to both the service manager and the store manager, I wanted to see if they could just replace the air conditioner since it’s under warranty and it’s been out for about 5 days and they said no, they needed the service tech to say it couldn’t be repaired. Now I have to wait through the weekend and hope this gets resolved on Monday.The Store manager could do nothing and the service center manager could do nothing to help. They said it’s out of their control.

The worst I brought 65in Samsung OLED TV and a 70in with in 5 months both of the television started having problems one of the screens went pitch black stop working the other started getting black lines in it they got bigger and bigger until the TV finally went pitch Black as well I called to see if insurance would cover it they approved me for a switch out but they did not have the TV in stock .one of their employees ran my credit for a second time and they wasn't supposed when I already was approved for $10,000 accounts end up getting mixed they still haven't fixed the problem with the second television they said that the insurance didn't cover it they are real cons horrible experience trashy customer service disrespectful people I'm behind in my payments right now because they still have not adjusted my account since June 16 2023 it's now September 13 2023 I was told to wait for the adjustment before my payments because they still haven't taken off the broken items I've been calling conns almost three times. four times a week since June 16th I have yet to get help with it. the corporate office will not respond to the manager that has been calling them every week to try to get him to contact the corporate office they gave me a number to the corporate office no one ever answers or it always end up being an employee this is ridiculous outrageous very horrible to have spend my money with them and they not do their jobs I've had surgery on my eye and I can't get out like I would like to at the moment but every time I go up to the store it's no resolution. The products are not really quality it's always a problem. Someone needs to respond to me really quickly because I'm very impatient at this point I do not recommend them to anyone and make sure you guys pay attention to their insurance policies because they do lie they had me call Samsung because they refused to fix my television and Samsung told me that the warranty that I was paying for from Conn's was already expired old outdated for the television a 2021 television it's 2023 and the warranty is already gone shaking my head

Action Jackson Mock did an excellent job helping me. He was courteous and such a great salesman. It is very rare to find a good salesman who has patience, great communication skills, knowledge of the products I purchased. I even called and spoke with his supervisor Josh to let him know Action Jackson did an amazing job. So when y'all go to Conns in Gateway Shopping Center ask for (Action) Jackson Mock. He's the best.

Stay away from this store they will scam you . I was at store for hours and at the end if day they tried adding $550 to my total like I can't add then when I caught them they still added $109 after I left store the name Conn says it all please beware

If I could give negative stars I would. All they care about is scamming you out of money any way they can and avoiding paying for your service repair. There technicians suck and couldnt fix a toaster. They treat employees like trash and make them pay almost the same prices as the Gen. Public. I should know I worked for them for week that's all it took to see I wanted no part of that now I make over 100k a year am appreciated and love the company I work for and what they stand for. RUN FROM THIS PLACE AND THE HARRASSING CALLS EMAILS AND MAIL FROM THIS PLACE OMG.
