I usually have trouble at cricket locations in Beaumont, but this store is top notch! Jacob is a star-employee, and a stellar example of how a customer should be treated! The other locations in the area had made me wary of going in, but from now on as long as I'm a cricket customer I'm only gonna work with him! Good job young man! The world needs more of you!

Jacob is Amazing! Such a gentleman and helped me with everything I could possibly ask for! Whoever hired this young man has struck gold. You don’t get such amazing customer service very often these days! He was so patient and helpful and explained everything to me so clearly. He has made me glad to be a cricket customer!

I was just hung up on after speaking with a representative from the store.Yesterday I was talk to you by a floater named Matthew who was very kind to me however today I called to get assistance with a product that I'm interested in I was still spoken to in an abrasive manner and hung up on.It is my opinion and observation that if you are disabled I will not visit this store they treat people in such a manner that is very intimidating and offensive. I would like somebody from corporate office to contact me in regards to the way that I've been treated by the person today at this store. Thank you
