CVS is my pharmacy of choice when it comes to having my prescriptions filled. Although I'm completely happy with the pharmacy ,the product throughout the store is pricey compared to the same thing elsewhere.

They wouldn't answer the phone or accept my prescription. They said they were not accepting any prescriptions because they were behind.

They are keeping bathrooms closed with cleaning signs. Bathrooms closed but no one cleaning. Law doesn't allow this and after reading all these other bad reviews, corporate needs to get this store organized.

Whatever you do, do not get your prescription here. Super unprofessional, rude people. On the phone for 20 minutes, without speaking to anyone. Finally someone answers the phone, asks for what I need, and then puts me on hold for another 20 minutes! Woman at the drive thru is extremely slow and had the audacity to roll her eyes at me because she couldn't hear me through the microphone. Every single experience I've had with these people I've wanted to pull my hair out.

The worst CVS pharmacy ever. It took all morning calling to get through, 15 minutes each time on hold. The person who answered the phone apparently doesn't know how to do their job, clueless. Then 2 days later the script still isn't even ready.

I have been waiting for a week in a half to get my prescription. The pharmacy told me they were waiting on my insurance to approve the medicine. I patiently waited and got fed up. I called my insurance and found out that CVS never put in the claim to my insurance, and that CVS never contacted my doctor about the medicine. It would be one thing if it was my responsibility, but CVS told me they'll take care of it and didn't. As soon as my prescriptions are up, I am switching pharmacies.
