Went to buy 4x4 bandages. Didn't see any on the shelve and noticed bins stacked in the middle of them isle. I ask a lady if perhaps the item I was looking for maybe in one of the bins and she say that I would have to ask up front. The person up front was rude as well. And said no to my question.

This pharmacy is awful. I am on my fourth attempt to pick up a prescription refill. The first two times, I was told it was sold out - come back tomorrow. The third time I was told the brand isn’t carried anymore to come back to get a different brand. The drive thru line is slower than a snail. So frustrating.

I normally fill prescriptions at a different pharmacy. I decided to stop in at CVS due to pricing. The staff at Dowlen location was absolutely amazing. I was prepared to switch just based on Customer Service. Karen I really appreciate you having a passion for what you do..

Transferred all my prescriptions this week to a different chain. This CVS never answers their phones. I’ve tried calling many times with no answer and have been in the store to pick up prescriptions and have heard the phone ring and one answers. Most staff is unfriendly and rude at times. Have heard them yell out to each other. Transferred 5 prescriptions yesterday and two they didn’t transfer saying there were no refills left. The new chain said the female pharmacist seemed to have an attitude. I did in fact have refills left and they contacted CVS again with this information and prescriptions were transferred. I would never recommend this pharmacy and so glad to be rid of this type of inept, rude and unfriendly environment. This store deserves no stars!

Always pitifully slow in the pharmacy. Never taken less than 20 minutes to get my prescriptions. Would not use them except it is required by my insurance. If you are In a hurry, use someone else. Almost worth it to pay full price and not have to deal with the place.

CVS Pharmacy on Dowlen does NOT have good customer service. My doctor from Houston sent a medication to them to get filled. I made it to Beaumont an hour ago. I decided to call them and the automated system informed me that it was in process. It stated that it will be ready today by 8:15pm. I wanted to speak to a pharmacist to see if they can have it ready sooner since I was driving towards them. When I spoke to the pharmacist, she tells me they don’t have my medicine in stock and she doesn’t know when they will have it in stock. Not only that, due to the medication I got, they can’t send it to another location. No apology..no accountability..NOTHING. All I heard on the phone was crickets. I don’t understand why they couldn’t communicate to me that they didn’t have it in stock. It was still early in the day and I could of called my doctor to send it somewhere else! I CAN NOT STAND BAD SERVICE and I’m BIG on CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will NOT be doing anymore business with them. ?

I read the negative reviews and have experienced the same in the past however something must have changed because I recently had a sick child who had a prescription called in. I went to pick it up and it was not ready. What Natosha and Nasir did not know is that they forgot to shut off the speaker so I could not hear the conversation, I was able to hear them discussing how to get the prescription done quickly so I did not have to come back and take a sick child back out. With the decline in customer service pretty much everywhere you have no idea how much this meant to me. I hope corporate sees this some how and sees that they have two amazing, wonderful staff who are representing them.

The staff at this location is rude and shows they don’t care about the people they are there to serve. I’ve tried calling the pharmacy for over an hour and no one picks up the phone.
