Pharmacy employees are blatantly rude, unwilling to work with me or my doctor’s office, \\u0026 with all the other places to go in Beaumont, I just had my doctors office send my prescription to another pharmacy. They had the incorrect fax number \\u0026 would not let me give them the correct one. They said the doctors office would need to call, but when the doctors office called them 15 minutes later, they were rude \\u0026 said they had never spoke to me about this. Very poor customer interaction skills - if they hate their job, not sure why they still work there. Won’t be back… for anything.

Don’t bother trying to get a covid test here. If you’re able to even secure an appointment, they’ll be out of tests before you show up.

DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY, dropped off our prescription Wednesday, staff assure us that they will have our prescription the follow day by 7 pm. We didn’t want to rush so we waited, and called everyday using their automated call for next the 5 day. Now their saying that they can not get it from the manufactures “which understandable” but they should of called us and let us know so we can go find it elsewhere. For that I deem them unprofessional what if the prescription for and urgent needs?

The pharmacy experience is the absolute worst! I took my sons to get there second COVID vaccine and it took almost 2 hours just for them to get vaccinated. That is the worst CVS I have ever been to in Texas.

The pharmacy workers are nice and helpful but it stops there. They are vastly under staffed. Never have short needles for B 12 use or diabetic use. Take far too long to fill RX. Sometimes just close the drive through saying System down but when you walk in it clearly is not. Do not answer the phone. This place is grossly mismanaged. Staff are great managment needs an overhaul. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Wow, scheduled an appointment for 10:10am for rapid testing. Went to drive thru as per instruction was then told was not done at drive thru was done at front on store and was told it was a 20 min wait. Called the number once got to front to park and person who answered the phone was rude stating they didn’t know why they let us schedule an appointment before 10:30am they aren’t suppose to do that. And was told they didn’t start doing testing til 10:30 am, then I was told that I would have to wait even longer because someone was there before me. What was the purpose of scheduling an appointment if it was first come first serve. What is happening with customer service. It’s not my fault that it allowed me to schedule it early. And besides before my appointment the technicians were all just standing around talking so I am not sure why it was such an inconvenience for them to do their job. And also I am not to blame for the error in the scheduling so why are they so rude to me

One star is really being nice because I wish they had a negative one their service is so SORRY up front answering the incoming phone calls and the PHARMACY is the worst joke of all and a total waste of my time and my money period. RUDE AND TRASHY.

Pharmacist just decided they didn't wanna come to work today ... Employees are waiting to get behind the counter to answer phones and people waiting in drive through, but can't because only the pharmacist has the key to get in. Techs were super nice, but it doesn't change the fact that I don't have my meds for my surgery.

Honestly such an atrocious experience. The signs in the drive through do not say that pick up is not available through the drive though. Which I had to find out after a 10 minute wait in queue.I recently tested for Covid and am currently waiting on my results so I definitely did not want to enter the store and endanger other people.When I asked where the pick up desk was at the man behind the counter rudely said Where it says “Pick Up”.Unfortunately I did not have my perception card with me. Which I do not understand why I have to present it every time I go there. I do not understand why it’s not on fileWhen I asked why the situation with the drive through wasn’t clearly posted the female pharmacist snapped at me that there was 3 different signs that said so.I drove back around and there was not.I went to another isle to get cream for my son since picking up his prescription was out of the question and I could hear the staff talking about me with customers.I honestly am so shocked by the behavior of the staff.I am a Caremark member through my insurance at work but I will taking my business to Walgreens and encouraging everyone at my job to do the same.
