I’ve been going here for a few years now and I’ve definitely been trying to ignore the bad reviews but I have to say- they are sadly true. I’m one of the former patients, from Ms. Sprott and what they said about her was true from my experience very nice, but short verbal communication and very quick. The office as a whole communication is nonexistent. They don’t have any other ways of communicating except for they’re number and actually going to the clinic, which is why it was disappointing when I couldn’t get my records sent over after moving from Beaumont to Houston. Even before that , I had no communication back from my appointments in July, when I had to do my glucose test- heck! Whenever I was supposed to do my glucose test, I had to reschedule because they didn’t inform me when I had to do the test . I wouldn’t recommend this office because of the lack of care for their patients. They can be nice , when at the office but they seem to not really care for you as much as a patient. Today I just decided that I’m done with trying and accept that I can’t receive any good service from them and I usually don’t even do reviews at all but this was disappointing.

DO NOT USE THIS OFFICE! Ruuuuuun from sprott and Natalie. I’ve been under their care for years. From 2022-2024 I experience unexplained heavy bleeding. Natalie and sprott suggested multiple dncs, removed fibroids then gave me an ablation on 6/8/2024. I’ve been back to the office on several occasions still bleeding for them to tell me they don’t know what it is and keep suggesting things. I’ve been bleeding for 6 weeks went to the ER, only to find out that Dr. Sprott NEVER did my ablation per his surgical notes. Natalie and sprott have been lying to me for a year prolonging my health issues I have a recording and video of Natalie admitting that her and Sprott have said that an ablation was done but the medical records state otherwise! DO NOT GO HERE. Not to mention I have no clue until I googled sprott that he’s been reprimanded by the board multiple times and has had lawsuits and a felony. One of the lawyers I’ve reached out to has advised me to report him as well stating this isn’t the first time his name has come up. I know plenty of other people who have come forward with stories as well since I’ve posted mine online. DO NOT GO HERE. For more info you can search me on Facebook and TikTok!

Very slow!!!! And nasty. Restroom had cups that were pissed in on the sink where you wash your hands…. Utterly unsanitary….& I couldn't tell if it was water or pee on the floor. I was in the restroom about to throw up literally. Couldn’t move fast enough trying to get out of there.

Horrible experience. Was nice at first til I started miscarring. I had to have a d&c and Dr Evans left parts of my baby in me AFTER the procedure and cause an infection leading to me having to have a SECOND d&c in one week.

They treat you like a number, not a person. They billed my insurance for tests I did not approve and that were not covered. They only gave me 6 months of birth control after a women’s wellness visit. Insurance only covers 1 women’s wellness visit per year but they were going to make me make another appointment for more birth control. They are more concerned about making money than doing what is rights

Just had one of their doctors walk in, not introduce herself, and say “yeah so your ultrasound has no heartbeat let’s get you scheduled for a DNC” no compassion, no humanity. I never want to walk into the facility again.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. It’s been around a year since I’ve been so HOPEFULLY they’ve gotten better, but coming here was the WORST experience I’ve ever had. Mrs. Sprott was super rushed, just brushed off the questions I asked, & was in the room less than 5 mins. She was also very rough during my exam, I have never had an exam be so uncomfortable and painful like I did with her. The medical assistant/nurse getting my vitals and verifying my information did all of this in a “triage” like room, while the door was wide open. There were other patients/staff members walking by and she was asking me personal questions. When I asked if we could shut the door because I didn’t feel comfortable talking about my concerns with the door wide open, she gave me a nasty look and said “they can’t hear you”. I only went here because my old obgyn stopped taking my insurance and this place “did”. Then when I went to get my birth control, apparently they actually fell out of network with my insurance, therefore I was going to have to pay out of pocket for my prescription. I would never wish this experience on my worst enemy!

Dr. Wengroff is truly such an angel. I had a difficult pregnancy with 2 visits a week to CWHBC and one at a specialist. He ALWAYS made sure that each visit was a pleasant one. I would recommend every person needing an OBGYN to him. He made an extremely stressful pregnancy bearable. Extra thankful to him and his staff. ?

Ohhh wow.. I saw the reviews for Dr Sprott and CWHBC. I have never had a bad experience and yes the wait time can sometimes be long.. But that’s how long it takes to see a good doctor. I have delivered all of my babies here with Dr Sprott and will be moving back to town soon.. I have always had a great support system with their office! My personal fav is Jess! Like hands down the main reason for coming back! CWHBC is busy, and I know there is a lot of people coming and going, but I love this office and seeing the reviews is mind blowing. ?

CWHBC has delivered all 3 of my beautiful babies! I have spent the last 6 years with them for every pregnancy start to finish. I have loved the doctors and nurses and all the office staff! Sometimes waiting to be seen can take some time but it is worth it to know I am in the hands of a great OBGYN practice!

There is lots of comfortable seating, and the office is very welcoming. The staff is very experienced, they are a great flowing team. The doctor made me feel very confident in my journey to delivering a healthy baby, with all the proper support.

Both my daughters are patients here and after a few visits where they begged me to go cause they didn’t wanna be alone, they felt comfortable enough to be alone with the doctors. Huge blessing!! Now many doctors take teenagers seriously but my daughters were treated respectfully and I am grateful for it! They even make their own appointments with ease from the staff.

Everyone is nice and I loved Natalie Wilson she took very good care of me during my pregnancy and always listened to every concern I had.
