I purchased my garage door opener in November 2023 ( approximately 7months ago) The opener came and loose from the door. When I call, they told me the owner would call me back. Mr. Dabney called me back. He was very rude and would not honor the warranty. He tried selling me extra stuff I didn’t need. I would never use this company again. I highly recommend using Overhead Door here in Beaumont Tx they came out and was very professional and knowledgeable.

Mr. Dabney and his crew did an amazing job on our storm shutters! They were very professional, answered every question and concern we had. They kept in touch with us through the entire process and scheduling of work. I would highly recommend Dabney Garage Doors. Thanks again!

Bought a nice sectional door from him a while back they installed it and an operator i bought myself, years later they helped reinstall the operator after remodeling. 5 stars both times. No complaints price was fair. Thanks again

Beaty, the previous owners, installed my opener several years ago. I called recently to get help on programming a new remote. The representative, I believe was named Julie, had no records about my account and would offer no assistance except for scheduling a service visit. It is unlikely that I will give them future contact or advise others to use their services
