We were traveling home to Houston when we started having troubles with our tire. We called ahead to this discount tire and they told us to come on so they could check it. Sure enough, it was done for...so we unloaded all 4 kids and the dog...which they graciously allowed us to bring inside to wait. We were in and out of there in less than 45 minutes...it was amazing. 2 new tires and a rotation. Great service! If you have tire trouble near Beaumont on I-10...we highly recommend this Discount Tire.

Went to discount tires to have the tire pressure checked in the car and the people were very great about it. The service was very fast.

Great service and super friendly staff. To the point and they get me fixed up right. The only thing is that they don't do alignments but this business has never done it. Goo options on tires and the staff explains the options well. Thank you!

Had to drop off a tire to get replaced. They brought it out to me before I even got out of my truck because they remembered who I was yesterday, I didn't even have to walk in and show them the receipt or nothing

I've been a customer of Discount Tire at Parkdale Mall for many years. Bought tires for all four of my vehicles but lately I haven't been satisfied with the rotate and balancing of my tires. I actually visited all three Discount Tire stores to rebalance my tires . Indeed up paying someone to properly balance my tires.

We had a rental car and got a flat tire. We got toed to discount tire right as they were closing. They still helped us and were able to patch our tire for free! Otherwise we would have been stranded for the night. Amazing staff! Thank you!!!

This store never wants to rotate tires. They always find a reason to not do it. They just want to sell you tires. Sad thing about it is I bought the tires from them. I think Im done with discount tire.
