I had a bad experience due to the carelessness of the employees at the store. The woman in purple seemed to have it out for me as soon as I entered the store then she sprayed me with a ton of febreeze air freshener saying it was by mistake. Then the other woman dropped one of my lamps during checkout without wrapping them in any sort of protection, luckily it wasn’t too noticealby damaged. However, I can still feel the febreeze on my skin where I was heavily sprayed.

Messy. Carts everywhere. Could barely move around the store with a cart. One girl working. Other girl sitting there doing nothing.

The store is trashed. STOCK items all over store. Bags of trash in aisles. Needs new management. I see a lot of reviews on here calling this place a sh^t hole. The outside is trashed too. This place needs new management.

Store staff attitudes are horrible!! No customer service skills at all!!! Myself and about 7 customers waited at least ten minutes and one female went to let them know we were waiting and they did not budge. I went and told them there were at least 8 customers waiting and a female yelled “we know we’re coming!” When she came to the counter the attitude she gave was unnecessary and I addressed it and let her know I would not be returning to this location again! I can spend my money elsewhere and will!
