ECP Computers is the gold standard when it comes to customer service. They are knowledgable, fast, and most importantly incredibly friendly. I had some PC issues so I called around to other shops and no one would even look at my PC for less than $150 to run diagnostics. Then I called EPC and they ran diagnostics for free! They quickly diagnosed the issue and repaired my PC for 1/3 the price I would have had to spend elsewhere and had a fast turnover too. I was already sold on them but 2 weeks after I got my PC back my power supply went out, so I called EPC and they helped me over the phone to try and troubleshoot the issues but I had to take it back in. Initially thinking I was going to have to buy a proprietary part which I was not looking forward to. Once I got to the shop they went above and beyond and researched different power supplies and found one that would work. They swapped the power supplies out for me right then and there and saved me a couple of hundred dollars. I can not recommend them enough! So if you are in the Southeast Texas area and you have any computer issues or are in the market for a PC PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE check out EPC, I promise you that you will not be disappointed!

Today me and my husband visited ECP Computers for the first time and was waited on by Brandell (Brandyl). As I listened to him and my husband talk about increasing ram in a computer, storage, a NAS device, gigabytes, and so much more, I knew we were in the right place. Brandell was SO very knowledgeable, patient, honest about pricing, and on what they could or could not do, and genuinely seemed to love his job. Even though we left without purchasing anything I will still highly recommend this store for your needs. Thanks for an amazing experience.

Stay away from this place. Recently I had them build a PC for me. During the process I was quoted a price over the phone by one employee. When I went to pick it up, I was charged a different price. After bringing up the issue, I was told they would honor my quote and refund the difference. That never happened. After multiple attempts and calls, I still have not received anything. So please make this your last choice. Look for a video soon coming on social media.

I recently moved from out of town and had problems with my gaming pc I called every gaming/tech ppl around 50 miles radius ECP Computers was the only 1 knew how to help me with my problems & they have nice gaming pc available for a reasonable price go check them out for yourself this the place to go to for gaming issues for sure

I had a problem with my computer of course. They had it for a week. Then said it was all done and ready for pickup. I showed up a few hours later. We'll it wasn't ready. He found a problem tried to fix it while I was there. No luck. Now it's all not working again. I'm just going to fix it myself or bring it somewhere that can fix it.

Went to have a pc upgraded and was perfectly helped. Only told had a couple issues with the build but everything was fixed and great by the time I got it back.

Very disappointed in this store. Took my laptop/ tablet in to have a broken digitizer replaced. They called and said they got the part and are getting the roght one. I was then out of state for medical treatment. My son picked it ip amd shopped it to me in the original box and packing. UPS PIT IT IN A LARGER BOx WITH additional packing. No damage to anything. When I started it up the toichscreen eas not working. I returned home in Sept. and took it in with the undamaged box. I was told it was working when it left. (I know the computer eas, nist not the toich). He rold me at one point that I could just use the mouse. I paid 1200 dollars for a toich screen. If I wanted a regular laptop I xould have saved 600.00.He said it must jave been damaged somehow when shipped. NONSENSE! Talking to a friend who knows a computer tech who does good work and she can ask him to look at it. Told her I think the digitizer is the wrong one. If he finds out that it is or it's something they did wrong they'll either fix it or pay for it.

Worked with Gaven at ECP Computers for several weeks to pick the right components for a new computer build. His knowledge and recommendations were extremely helpful. Gaven finished building my new computer in a timely manner going above and beyond what others may have done. If you want professional, old fashion customer service, go see him. You won't be disappointed. I have recommended ECP Computers to several of my friends and they were all very satisfied. 5 stars... Thanks Gaven!
