I have been coming to this place for so many years and I look forward to my appointments.
The courtesy and professionalism is top tier. One of the greatest qualities about the staff is they always treat you as family. Everyone is warm and friendly.
I am always pleased with my services. When I visit I usually book services for a pedicure and nail appointment. If there is ever an issue I have always been able to communicate my concern and the issue be resolved promptly and professionally.
Staff members are attentive to my needs and this is one of the most important things about my visit.
Jenny is my nail tech and has always provided exceptional service. She goes the extra mile for her clients which would explain why every time I walk she either has a regular client in her chair or someone is walking in asking for her. Actual clientele!!. But don’t worry, she always excepts new clients. She is lovely that way! Jenny is knowledgeable and cares for each of her clients and the overall health of their nails.
Jenny even checks on me if I am sick and with a follow up phone call, also. The owner and his beautiful wife are a pair of the sweetest people you will meet. Their entire staff is very friendly, helpful, and does an excellent job.
I would recommend Elite nails! They receive a five star!

If I could put 0 stars on here, I would. I’ve never had a bad experience anywhere, until now.
Paid $178 and after a couple days they were popping off and ended up taking them all off bc I wasn’t going to a wedding with four nails missing. I called to see if they can do them again and they told me they couldn’t do anything for me.
Not to mention they are ENTIRELY way too rude for absolutely no reason.

Jenny did an amazing job she fixed my horrible nails that another salon did a very poor job on and made them perfect ! She was very friendly and actually took the time to make sure everything was like I wanted ! I will definitely be back ! Thank you so much !

At first everything was going smoothly… until it was time for filing and acrylic. The lady filed my nails completely uneven, most of them are not pointed straight and are at a slant, and most of the acrylic was stuck to my skin. She even made a few remarks about how messy and bushy my eyebrows were and asked multiple times if I wanted to get them done, thank you for letting me know they were a little messy but it was rude.
