Kelli was amazing helping us pick up our car. She had all the answers we needed to hear about how to handle things with our insurance, and gave us a specific time to return for the type of car we needed. Car was there on time and ready the next morning. She was personable and made everything very easy and seamless on our part. Would rent from here again, just based on this interaction and quality customer experience.

My personal experience at this place was horrible. Yesterday, my company made a reservation for me and as i was walking in I was told "we'll be right with you". As I stood the there the two women who were originally talking about business shifted their conversation to their personal lives while i stood there being completely ignored. They were just talking and laughing as if I was not in front of them waiting to get my rental. I was never helped and i turned around and walked out. Highly unprofessional and I do not recommend this location based of my experience. I switched my reservation to the Lucas Branch who were extremely helpful and attentive.

Excellent service, the female manager ( I forgot to get her name) was very friendly and helpful. I was having problems getting a car in another Enterprise location, she helped solved the problems. She also help me linked my phone to the car system so I can use the GPS for way findings.

I booked a reservation on Thursday for a sedan car or similar, and when I went to Enterprise the customer service guy said they don’t have a car available and they said they would call me when there was one, it's already 5 days and no one has called. Bad experience.

The car I was supposed to receive wasn't available on time, so they gave me an upgraded vehicle at no extra charge! Talk about service! And John made it happen! Enterprise was on point ?!!

Went to rent a car and booked it online and was told the car was there so I proceeded to head there. I get there as close to closing time and I was told that car was not in stock and I was gonna be charged more for an upgrade to a truckI thought that was kind of rude and at the same time I was in a bind so I walked out of there. I would probably never go back there again.

I rented a car in California to come here and do a job. It required me to rent for a month. The job was extended a little so I needed to extend my rental by 2 weeks. Half of a 4 week rental right? No! This place charged me almost TWICE as much for the SAME car! Why? Probably because I'm 1800 mi from home and don't have a choice? Never renting from enterprise again! Unscrupulous, dirty and low handed. Be careful with this company!
