I had to exchange a pair of my glasses because I didn't like the first pair like I thought. Very easy process and the staff at this location are always very friendly and helpful. We will always becoming back to this location for glasses!!!!

Just bought two pair of progressive lens eye glasses at Eyeglass World in Beaumont. Montana was my sales person and she was extremely nice and very helpful from start to finish. Store was clean and organized plus they had a great selection to choose from. Prices were very reasonable. I would highly recommend.

I recently made an appointment for my exam. From the moment I stepped thru the front door the staff & optometrist were welcoming & professional. They made sure they explained everything as we went thru the exams. Next I went next door to select my glasses. Grant & Montana we’re again friendly & professional. I chose 3 styles of frames & Montana helped me select the best frame for my face. I highly recommend Eyeglass World…thank y’all for everything…

I was very impressed with Grant. The young man actually walked up to me as I was trying on eye glasses. Grant wanted to know if I bought from EyeGlass World before. I explained I had and was looking to buy new glasses. I gave Grant my name and the name if my insurance. By the time I picked out a couple pair of glasses, Grant was ready to help me get everything I wanted in a matter of minutes. He made sure the glasses were centered properly, which made me very happy. Instead of 1 pair I bought the back up pair for 40% off.

My glasses broke late one afternoon, and I urgently needed a replacement for an upcoming event. I made it to Eyeglass World just before closing, and they resolved the issue right away.
