Very convenient location for a FedEx. The employees are usually upset if you come in and ask them to do their job and by that I mean ask them to ship an item.Basically if a FedEx customer comes in to ship a package they have a bad attitude with customers because they are required to get up and help FedEx customers.

Terrible! Have Delivery Manager but the driver continues to leave packages at garage door, instead of front door, which is protected. I have called and complained at least a dozen times and the problems never gets resolved. All I get is an apology and empty promises. Can't ever talk to a person that can fix the problem . This problem started in 2023. It wasn't a problem in the past. Still waiting for someone to call me . A case number was set up but no follow--up.
