I had 2 different items in 2 days. One was scheduled to be delivered on the 25th of August and the 2nd was the 26th. I have gotten neither. They are lost. The most important one says it’s 20 minutes from my house in Beaumont which arrived there 2 days ago, and the other which says it’s supposed to be delivered today is on the other side of, Texas. Smfh

App does not allow truck location as it states.
Kept dogs restrained till 5:30 PM even though app stated before 3:00 PM.
Drivers are contract so contacting FedEx is a waste of time and driver company won’t and don’t answer.

FedEx in this area is an absolute joke. It’s a toss up whether or not your package is going to get where it’s headed and whether or not you are going to receive the package sent to you. These people are useless.

The company was unable to deliver the package on the assigned day. The package was misplaced, and it took a total of 6 days to get a 2 day package. And to top it off, I had to go get it myself from FedEx.Will not be utilizing their services again.

If I could give 0 I would driver said they tried to deliver 2 days in a row but I was home both days and no one came to my house . They said they would try to deliver 1 more time then send back but they did not come to my house at all very poor service . I do not have this problem with UPS
