I had 2 different items in 2 days. One was scheduled to be delivered on the 25th of August and the 2nd was the 26th. I have gotten neither. They are lost. The most important one says it’s 20 minutes from my house in Beaumont which arrived there 2 days ago, and the other which says it’s supposed to be delivered today is on the other side of, Texas. Smfh

this guy is hard headed he’s still bringing my packages to the back door when he clearly knows to not do that…still won’t ring the doorbell or knock on the door… he’ll just drop off the package and take a picture…if someone steals my packages he’s gonna say well I dropped them off and I can prove it by showing the photo he took…I’m gonna keep on giving a bad review of this guy until he does what he supposed to do by dropping my packages at the front door and ringing the doorbell…

Says package was “delivered “, no package was delivered confronted the driver when I saw him the second day but told me a different story once I review the camera footage will be pressing charges for theft on that driver Jospeh .

Love to lie. Will say package was attempted to be delivered when I was home and outside all day. I hate seeing these people are who will be delivering my packages. Now I have to take more time off to get a package they LIED about.

Package was to be delivered on Tuesday. Said no one home, not true and didn't require signature. Wednesday no delivery due to operational, Thursday no delivery due to operations. Again today no deliver. No answers out of fed ex.

In the past two months, every package we have received that went through the Beaumont TX location came with 1 or 2 giant cockroaches. The only thing the packages had in common were they went through Beaumont, TX distribution. Please, get your facility exterminated!

Driver Never, knocked to deliver. Lied and said he did! Customer service is horrible! Barely, English speaking rep! Get it together FedEx! And website needs work. Tried to bypass signature and never found where, to do so!

I waited outside on my package in my delivery window, and the delivery truck drove by. I caught up to the driver and spoke with him. He said my package wasn’t on his truck or on his route for the day. He gave me the managers number so I could get it located and I got a google assistant voicemail. I’m about to be out of town for three weeks and this will be returned with no delivery available. This happens every time theres a delivery with fedex!

The fact that when you call their phone system, they refuse to put you through to a human being without going through multiple layers of their phone tree makes me not want to use their service. It’s so arrogant and I can’t believe that companies haven’t figured out that it pisses people off big time.

Their overnight delivery is guaranteed , UPS overnight is not a guarantee their overnight could take two to three business days being told by a post master and he tried dating a letter of the next days date .

Driver left my package in front of my mailbox right at my road. Anyone can steal it now, run over it, or get rained on. Made a complaint with FedEx phone number but I know it will not go anywhere. This is not the first time this has happened. The driver was too lazy to drive down my driveway and leave it under my carport or front porch. Just dumped it out at the road and kept on driving. UPS never does stuff like this. I'd expect this from USPS but not FedEx. Shame on you driver. I have you on camera.
