If I could give it no star's I would but in order to write a review I have to give it one star. I walked in to have two copies of paperwork for a death. I was the only one there for about 5 minutes but then 3 other people came in. I was so upset that the two employee's decided to tend to the other 3 customers before me. I stood at the counter and a black girl(unknown name) told me I had to move to another area of the counter so they could help the other's. I waited for another 10-15 minutes and as people kept coming in they were being helped first leaving me just standing there. So I decided to walk out. As I was walking out I heard the female employee ask the male employee " what's her problem"? I was so upset. But there wasn't anyone else over them to correct it, that's why they continue to do certain things. It's a shame that people like that get employed. They need training in satisfactory customer service.

I went to FedEx to have them print out obituary programs for my brother's memorial service and the staff were professional and very helpful. Nat showed me what my program would look like and everything was perfect. They called to let me know when my job had been completed (early) and even remembered my name when I came to pick it up. Tyson, Cody and Dev are always wonderful. When I travel in town I often need printing services on products for my photography business. These guys have an awesome turnaround and have gone above and beyond at times by catching a design error back in July. I wanted to give them a shout out for the great service and turnaround.

I brought my own box and asked if it would be sturdy enough, and the person helping me pushed down on the box and dented it, as if to prove a point. Not necessary. I went somewhere else.

The employees at this location need to work on basic customer service skills. There were 2 employees behind the service desk, I'm the only customer walking up to the service desk. One was loading paper and the other on the computer, and neither could say hello I'll be right with you... I stood at the service desk for 3-4 minutes before either one of them acknowledged that I was there.

They are closed Sundays yet advertise that they are open. They also have an open sign on their window and they are closed. Horrible and misleading.

They lost a very very important package. I called and customer service basically blamed me stating they deal with a lot of packages. This has been a nightmare. Just use USPS.

I’ve been here numerous times. Every experience awful, but never felt compelled to leave a review until today. This is a real life version of Dave Chapelle’s “Pop Copy”. The woman who is the manager may be the rudest person I’ve ever dealt with in any retail setting. I hope to go back one day to see she no longer works there.

Had an urgent package to go out and showed up at 530. The kid behind the counter said i was too late. Though in the background there are numerous couriers scanning packages and envelopes. My envelope was prelabeled and ready to go. All it needed was a departure scan and it was on its way. He went to another employee and she said take it. He wouldnt touch it and demanded i put it in the pickup box that already been received. Needless to say, my envelope is still in their office the next day. If you were going to let it sit for a day i wish you would just have been honest. Now your just an A$$hole.

I've been using this site as a hold location for all my FedEx packages for quite some time now. The staff are friendly and they all know me by name. I haven't had any issues with any of my deliveries and I definitely recommend having your packages rerouted to any of the hold locations (using the FedEx app) if you're concerned about your packages safety when delivered in your front door.

The young people that work you’re always respectful polite and extremely helpful they never have anyone waiting too long or even if they get an irate customer who’s usually in the wrong they’re still very professional and polite great job team
