We were on a road trip to Florida and our check engine light came on. We went to this shop and asked them to see if it was serious or if we could keep driving. They quickly diagnosed the issue, unfortunately it was serious and we decided to head back home. I didn't get the name of the guy that helped us but thank you for excellent customer service and support!

This is the absolute worst place to take your vehicle for anything. Let's start with me needing a new water pump the actual price of the water pump $73.89, however Firestone charged $180.89. Now the Thermostat is always recommended when you change your water pump, but I was never asked if I wanted it changed instead they automatically added it into the repair charge...and YES they marked the price for the thermostat up by 150% as well. Gaskets that cost $ 2-3 bucks, Firestone charged for one gasket for $24.99 and another for $25.99 the total cost with labor came up to right at $1600 when I let the service writer know I Knew the real cost of the parts. He said to me "that's the cost of doing business" so I took vehicle to a repair shop that doesn't pay franchise fees and to get the exact same problem repaired and the total price came up to $450.00 even. Wow Firestone we got rid of our account with your organization.

The customer service was AMAZING! They identified the problem, a nail in the tire, when I could have looked and told them, shame on me! I was told it would be 1.5 -2 hours for replacement. Barely an hour later, they had replaced the tire and my battery, which I requested. When asking questions concerning cars, by my daughter, their responses we detailed and simple enough that she completely understood. I want these employees at the Firestone close to my home!

The manager is a liar! We came in with a car issue and with the key fob. They claimed that the car never came with a key fob. The car came with the windows up and left with the window rolled down. They lost the key and blamed the tow truck and us. He didn’t bother to answer any of our vital questions. If you didn’t have the key fob, why didn’t you tell us when we were there for 2 hours? If you didn’t have the key fob, how did the window roll down? They lost a $650 smart key fob and doesn’t want to be liable. Taking no responsibility for their workers and what they do.

Easy to make an appointment online, called the store to confirm the appointment and all went well. I arrived and they worked with me on the best strategy forward and was able to get everything done that I needed for my car. They were informative, very knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. I didn't have to wait long even though I had a lot of work done. I paid less than I had expected, and received great service and four new tires. Extremely satisfied and will return for sure if I need any services they provide. Already scheduled an appointment to check the A/C tomorrow, only because of the treatment and service I received. Thank you!

Went to this location last week and had an awesome experience with getting my tires and oil change done. They guys in the front were every professional and kept me up to date with my truck. Definitely going to be coming back for future services.

Firestone of Beaumont installed 4 new tires on my 2016 Chevy truck did a great job.
Luckily I bought the road hazard ☢️ and it paid off a few weeks later after I hit a curb and destroyed the sidewall.

My experience here was amazing! Tim was knowledgeable and knew exactly what needed to be done on our Tahoe. He made the whole process less stressful with his kindness and willingness to answer all our questions. We’ll definitely be back and will recommend others.
