I love the store overall. The layout needs work due to it not feeling functional, this new one makes it feel clutered. But we love their skin care products they offer for cheap, as well as their electronic charging cables. Overall its a great store its just the layout.

The first five below I ever went in was in Jersey. I'm so happy Texas has it now. I love this place. The store is clean and the workers are helpful and kind.

This one has me divided. I like that there is a variety of lots of different items, from some sporting goods, to toys, to headphones & bluetooth speakers, to cosmetics, etc. Although organized, I think due to the lay out of the store, it feels a little cluttered. In my opinion, some prices are good & fair & some aren't, but I guess that's the way it is everywhere. It's just that it says Five Below, but there's lots of stuff well above $5. Was the name not too be taken a little literal? Like the 99cent store? Some prices are above there too, but for the most part, they stay pretty close.

Went in today, and the store looked amazing!! Met the manager, Jenny, and she is great!! She should definitely be proud of how the store looks for sure!! Keep up the great work ma'am!!

Stupid stupid stupid you literally cut a business off from having drinks because you were worried about something that had nothing to do with you. No one was drunk. No one was acting disorderly and you cut everybody off. Congratulations you just lost a multi million dollar business.

This was my first time going to Five Below. I had gotten online and ordered some stuff for a 2 year olds birthday party. I chose pick up in store. I ordered 4 items and all said they had them in store and they would email me when they were ready. When they did it showed only 1 item was ready and the other 3 they were out of. I had placed a second order about an hour after the first order for 2 items for me. And that one also only had 1 of the 2 items I ordered. I don't understand how it showed it was available for in store pick up and then when the order was ready items weren't available. Only good thing was I was able to walk around the store and find other items for the birthday party.

This store has the wrong prices on the shelves and refuses to give the shelf prices. I am not from the area so I did not know the local laws and was way overcharged.
