We have spectacular service with Function 4. We've used them for quite some time and have always had amazing customer service. The maintenance contract keeps away the stress which I definitely appreciate. Josh took the time to explain the ins and outs going above and beyond when delivering our new machine. As a nonprofit they took care of us when it came to price which really makes a difference with the impact we're able to make in our community. I would definitely recommend them!

Our technician is Josh Parker who is always very helpful with service on our machines. He is great with explaining the issues and what is needed to repair it or even prevent further problems. It’s awesome to have a friendly face representing one of my favorite local companies.

We have nothing but good things to say about Josh at Function4. Josh is always prompt to answer service calls, extremely knowledgeable about our machine, accurately diagnoses our issue and quickly gets it fixed. We ordered the wrong toners for our printers due to machines upgrades. Josh Parker came out and checked each machine and matched us with the correct supplies immediately. Function4 is a great company to work with and I highly recommend them.
