Clean store. Watch your coupons They are very good about putting a coupon in one spot and the actual size the coupon is for is no where near the coupon . I wish I had a penny for every time I got to the register & was told you didnt get the correct item this coupon is for xyz size . Ive told them time and time again well if yall would put them on the Actual item it would help

I really like this HEB pharmacy. They are always polite and never get loud and rude w customers, like HEB Plus on Dowlen st. n Bmt., TX. HEB on College Street treats you like a neighbor always checking on you and updating u throughout the process. This one should teach HR classes for the HEB Plus on Dowlen

I went to pick up my medications, I usually have no issues, the clerks are USUALLY very nice - but today the clerk was extremely rude, she had the worst attitude, I had an insurance change and instead of allowing me a moment to let her know what was going on she kept cutting me off; and wouldn't let me speak or correct her as to what it was I needed...... SHE DIDNT EVEN ASK.!! then made it a point to show that I was INCONVIENENCING HER.!!!The name on my receipt is Jakyra - all i know is she was a bigger girl with fake lashes and a stank attitude..... she needs to not be at the counter.... they need to put her in the back shuffling papers or something - maybe send her back to training to work on those people skills....if your reading this homegirl, WHY TAKE A JOB WORKING WITH PEOPLE IF YOUR NOT GOING TO ENGAGE WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS?.....maybe customer service is not where you need to be doing with your self...... because your obviously not cut out for it....
