Purchased a Mini Cooper 4/15/2021 thought it was a cute little car I drove it down the highway came back and it was smoking a little. Hatton states small oil leak he would take care of. I dealt with him in 2008 no problem then he was much younger then. I gave this man $1200 cash drove car off lot two days later and smoke continued I brought it back and he kept it two days then returned it, next week the alternator went out then battery not even 3 weeks of having car . Long story short we had to replace the battery Hatton wouldn’t then alternator went out which was draining battery Hatton refused to help us to get it fixed then my Mother died I and asked to return the car for something else he had ..he refused, with all the stress I asked for my money back after 3 weeks of having the car and was denied…so I had no choice but to let the car go back. I am very disappointed with this gentleman and I really think he is getting to old to handle business properly and he is very rude..BEWARE OF HATTON GERMAN MOTORS!!!!May God Bless Him cause you can’t do people wrong and not get it back

Wife and I went to purchase a vehicle. We received some of the rudest service we've ever experienced. He treated us as if he didn't want our business at all. We were instructed to remain outside (in the rain) and was very reluctant to give us the key to the vehicle we were interested in, so we can listen to it run. Sly and rude intentional comments were made to us. He never came out to visit with us. We kept having to go and knock on the door to ask questions or get any service. Treated like second class citizens! He certainly will not get our business! #Our$$$IsGoingElsewhere!

Mr Hatton really helped me as a single parent. He worked with me when he didn't need to. Such a good man and I'll be sending him referrals. I'm now a proud owner of my own car for the first time in my life.

Garbage cars and service. Sold me a car that had been flooded and had electrical damage. Starter replaced 3 times in first 3 months of having vehicle. Take the time to drive a few miles down Hwy 90 for a better car buying experience.
