Cars were filthy. Last car I rented had dead bugs on the windshield. Took me 30 minutes to scrub them off the windshield. Do no recommend.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY
They do not resolve any issues customers present. ( See BBB website) They resolution process with Hertz is almost unbearable. I have had nothing but issues from the beggining. The vehicle was not cleaned inside or out prior to rental. I was told i would have to wait 24 hours if i wanted it cleaned. This rental was for an auto claim and handled through my insurance. BUT Hertz double charged my personal credit card and the insurance not once, not twice, not three times, but four seperate times. Each time it took me hours to even get someone to tell me there was nothing they could do. Not once was I contacted prior to these charges being applied. Once charged it took in excess of a week to get each individual charge reversed. At present I have a $1000 charge im having to dispute because HERTZ. Failed to retrive the returned rental fron the Repair shop after It was returned and Hertz notified.

My experience at This Hertz was the best experience I’ve ever had at a car rental place. EVERY single time I ever had to rent a car there was always a problem, a rude employee, I always left feeling cheated. Not here, the main lady in charge knows what’s she doing, she is so respectful, and gets stuff done and makes sure she helps you with all your needs. And she does all this helping multiple people at the same time, including multiple people randomly popping in asking questions they can find online. She’s respectful, quick and DESERVES A RAISE.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. My mom came in here two different times trying to rent a car and each time they had her jump through hoops. First time they said they couldn’t take a debit card without 24 hours notice, then the next day it’s that they need a $500 deposit first. Both times she asked what all was needed and neither of those things was mentioned in writing or verbally. You are better off going through a different company, this place is a joke. So just to clarify, you need a 24 hour notice to use your debit card, a $500 deposit for it, and the actual money it cost to rent the car. They won’t tell you that so I will.

Phone number doesn’t work it’s telling me about hotels and very unprofessional. Do not go here my car also got hit in the parking lot and I was not informed until days later when I came to bring back the rental. Trash.

Do not go here the local number won’t pick up the phone I had to call corporate just confirm my reservation I’m two days and they tell me over the phone the I want is not available bs company

Disappointed there is no overnight drop off and I only learned after return that I was charged twice for car rental coverage, sad!

Place is a joke. Tried to charge me an extra day due to this location was close for a holiday.
Called the main hertz support and told them I have proof of photos with timestamps I tried to return it on time and with signs they had posted. Long story short they are refunding me & said location shouldn’t have changed due to something I couldn’t control. Recommend staying away from this hertz. Will never deal with them again.
Also they open at 8am & show up late to open poorly Managed..
