He was honest, gave me a free estimate and on top of that ended up being cheaper then his estimate. Wes very pleasant to deal with and was cheaper then 3 other estimates. I dropped it off on Monday and picked it up finished on Tuesday afternoon.

Dishonest people and cheap work. We gave these guys a shot with our ‘06 mustang GT about 8 months ago. The transmission was slippin gears and sometimes wouldn’t shift into gear so we took it in. They said that we could either get a new one or have the current one rebuilt. We chose the second option- rebuild it. We picked it up, paid $2,000 and went on our way. Few months later we started having reoccurring issues but worse. A few weeks ago we took it into a different shop and luckily this guy does honest work. The new mechanic was gonna change the shift solenoids, he dropped the pan and saw metal shavings in it. He then asked for permission to drop the whole transmission and find out what’s going on and of course we said yes. He told us that our transmission was never rebuilt, they pulled a poor quality transmission from a junk yard and dropped it in our Mustang instead. It had writing all over it from the junk yard and it makes sense as to why we started having even worse issues than before. This new mechanic is only charging $2,600 for a fully rebuilt transmission with all brand new parts. Take your money other than Holly Transmissions unless you want dishonest work.Service: Transmission
