Do not purchase any major appliances from them. they do not stand behind anything they sell. I have a $1,300 stove that doesn't work. They claim no responsibility to help . management very condescending.

Would not recommend buying appliances from Home Depot. We went into store bought a black stainless steel fridge with a braided stainless ice maker water line. On the day of delivery they said we would get a call and never did, then they just left it in our home without us there (our contractors were there so they thought they could just leave it with them) they unboxed and left it in our living room with no signature or paper work left for us. Once we saw the fridge it was the wrong color that they unboxed and left and they didn’t even bring the stainless waterline. When we tried to call and get them to come back and get it they kept putting us on hold then to call back so we went into store where we had nothing but attitude because they said their computer system was shut down and that they couldn’t do any return that day. If you want good customer service and good delivery and the right products brought to you Home Depot is NOT the place to do it. Just hoping we will get our money back like they “claim”.

We went there today to but a Honda lawnmower. Of course no one was there to help. My husband went to customer service and asked for help loading on the cart. We waited 30 minutes no one ever showed up!!! Needless to say we won’t be shopping here again

Rude customer service, unknowing, if you can find someone to help you at all. Lost my buisness a long time ago, worst than Lowe's or about the same and thats bad. I don't know how they stay in operation. I'll never shop there again and I advise all others not to either.

Beaumont TX store!!! We were just at Home Depot, we did not have mask on of course neither did several of their employees and tons of other customers but yet a manger approached us in the painting department insisting that we put on a mask!!! We got our product went to register and he came to us again asking us to leave the store we couldn’t shop there because we didnt have a mask on yet two customers in front of us at register next to us didnt have them on. A customer on the isle behind us shopping didnt have one on and the elderly lady working the paint station wore hers on her chin not covering her nose nor mouth and was waiting on a elderly man who wasnt wearing one! Why the rules apply to some and not other I don’t understand! We were treated rudely and will never spend another dime there!!!

ISO tube spout. On aisle 29, they have 200+ sink & shower faucets and 3 tube spouts. That's it! 3 cheap tube spouts. I asked an associate for help and she told me they're all online. This place is just as bad as every other big box retail store. Home Depots not what it used to be.

This Beaumont, TX location overall has the worst customer service. I purchased 58 sheets of drywall that required the help of a employee to load for me on 11/15/2019 @ 4:41 pm. After waiting over an hour for assistance to load I finally gave up and got a refund. There are too many retailers out there that really wants to satisfy their customers rather than this location. This location must focus on employee training and management commitment. There were several loader employees running around, looking confused and not focused on the task at hand.

Just made a large purchase online. They sent email and text messages stating order was ready for pick up. WRONG! MY husband has been there for over an hour trying to get our order! The guys that "help" load have found every excuse not to help load.. 3 trucks pull in after us they go load them.. Customer service asks why are you still here? hmmm we just figured we wanted to take up space... Really make your employees do their jobs!

Most horrible customer service ever! The guys who work in the pro shop are absolutely useless. They wasted my time and I will not go back-I will stick with Lowe's for my home remodeling. I talked to several people trying to find a cart so I could get this water heater to our truck, no one would help us get it into our vehicle and I ended up injuring myself. Luckily, some guys saw us struggling and came to help us.
