Arrived at Beaumont store to buy pavers at 7:00AM. Payed for pavers. Have contractors due at home to install at 9:00AM. One manager in store. She had the only key to open the garden gate so the pavers could be loaded. She finally arrived to unlock gate at 9:00 AM. 30 min. Late getting pavers to job site. NOT HAPPY!

I prefer to shop here because the store is better organized and easier to find.

I don't trust them after a recent purchase.
I bought a Ryobi electric zero turn mower and when I went to pick it up, it had broken plastic on it, the battery compartment cover was broken and they said if it didn't start (the batteries were dead at the store) I couldn't return it to the store.
They were selling it as "new".
I asked them to discount it and might buy it but they said they had already discounted it because of the damage (this I found out was a lie, Ryobi had discounted it temporarily).
They also said they won't be getting new ones anymore at any locations because they don't sell. So I cancelled the order and was upset that they were still trying to sell it as new (it was relisted on the website in stock immediately). Also when I cancelled the order the guy that brought it to me told another lady I was cancelling it because of "just some rust" and rolled his eyes. I was cancelling it because they couldn't verify it worked, wouldn't accept a return if it didn't, and it was all busted up.
I went to Orange home Depot today, and low and behold they just got a brand new one of them, same model, and same discounted price as the busted garbage that Beaumont HD tried to sell. It hadn't been sitting in what looked like a hurricane like the ones in Beaumont.
Ryobi shouldn't send anything to this store if this is how they treat it.

Not the greatest selections. I've always felt that place is geared more for contractors than do it yourselfers.

Went in to find some lumber I need. Ask for some help, and got what I needed. People that work there were helpful.

The place in Beaumont is a joke. They sa they serve Veterans but their system to give discounts is neglected and their app is not easy to set up or change. The Pro and veterans app do not cross over to give Veterans discounts.

No staff anywhere to help you . Horrible Customer service came in to buy bricks for 0 .25. Self check girl couldn't find the item wanted to charge me another price because. Instead of helping she wanted to argue. Finally she got her phone out to get the code she needed. No sense.
