I used to be a regular client here when l lived here and couldn't wait to go here when I came to visit. This time I was very disappointed. I paid $45 for my individual lashes and woke up the next morning and they had came off like strips and Angel the owner wanted to charge me half price to redo and $10 if l had my own, which l don't think is right. Now my nails the stickers didn't stay on and that was $55 wasted. I'm very disappointed in the service and will not be returning. I work hard for my money and can't just throw it away. God Bless Your Business but l can't return again

The 1st time I went it was a nice shop but this second time. Angel did my lashes I had a few individual lashes left over and she got a hot towel and ripped them off my lashes. She installed lash strips without me knowing and they lifted within an hour of me leaving. Do yourself a favor and try another place save your time and money.Service: Eyelash extensions

My usual salon was closed, and I needed a fresh set for my birthday, I am so glad I chose hot nails.! I showed up as a walk in, Angel was my tech, she sat me down right away and was so pleasant.! She was informative and it was a total vibe.! ??????✨?
Side note, I was so thrilled that their salon caters to us fat folks because so many here in Beaumont don't... I cannot tell you how many salons I've had to leave because their chairs all have arms or they don't have any sturdy enough.!
She really took her time and made sure my acrylic set was everything I asked for and more.! I've had so many bad experiences where I've left salons and my nail beds feel like they took a beating, you don't have to worry about that, she went above and beyond! Customer service was A1.!
I know from here on I will not go anywhere else.! ? ???

I just within 2 minutes ago place to call I haven't had my nails done in 10 years I was looking to spend some money and actually get my nails done correctly get a manicure get a pedicure and it says on the Google page that they're open till 6 when I contacted the young lady I was unceremonious informed very quickly that she was leaving and she cannot accommodate me that's fine I work with customers service I work 60 hours a week first of all can you please be a little nicer to a customer that's going to pay a lot of money since I haven't had these Services done for me in a long time second of all secondly you need to update your hours of operation on Google because you're losing money because of that plus whoever I spoke to when I just called with root and let's not forget the fact that you were rude when I called you you could have made $300 today sister you chose to be rude that's okay you have a nice day I would have even paid you for your extra time if you needed to stay late but apparently you don't close till 6 and you just lied to me on the phone and told me you closed now and you're leaving so bad business I wouldn't do business with these people at all and thank you you're dismissed and have a nice day pathetic you need to learn how to run a business lady

Horrible!!!! Would never recommend this place. My nails were burning after she put the gel but she completely ignored me when I told her 3 times. I even said I can't stick them under the led lights since it made it burn 10x worse. All she said was stick them under. Then the nails looked like a little kid did them. overall worse experience of my life and i still paid for them just because I felt bad for them, but I will never be back!

I am very sad.... I went got my feet done and I let her know I can leave once dry.... well the boss that did my toes let me know they dry and I walk outside and they was a mess both my big toes... I call her and told her.... wasn't friendly at all and told me price was 9.00 charge card 10.00 ... you think she repolish ...,she got over on me and I am very sad
