I don’t think the lady who did my taxes was 100% confident in what she was doing. Unlike roneka she know what she doing. The lady who did mine, didn’t tell me amount to put in to check my status like roneka do. I should have waited or went else where.

I always go to Faye Johnson. She is always nice, knowledgeable and a expert with tax preparation. However every H&R Block I have gone to in this area the receptionist are the complete opposite. Some are very unprofessional, make careless mistakes, and overall incompetent. Since they hire qualified people for tax preparation, they should do the same for the receptionist as well.
