Called a few times to try and get my vehicle fixed for a likely electrical issue with transmission. First time I called I was told tech would be in the next Thursday so I called that day and was asked to leave my number and the tech ECT would call me when they got back from other shop because they still wasn't back....it's been over a month and still nothing and now because of it things have fallen apart for me and gotten worse situation/life wise because of it and now likely unable to afford to have it towed there due to hotel cost ECT waiting around on them and every other place I called couldn't help ECT ...must be the area in general

Very rude I had my transmission serviced here car still shifted hard to second gear was told the car is suppose to shift hard when it didn't before. I was told I was delusional an i need to just deal with it. Never go to a shop as a woman alone EVERService: Transmission

Very Rude… Truck was there for a week in a half and no one touch it.. The lady Crystal kept lying telling me they was working on it they never touch it … All I ask for true information why lie about it… I have never experienced such disrespect…Service: Transmission

Let me start off by saying I have been without my truck for 8 and a 1/2 months. I took it to My mechanic shop that I have been using for years All makes on Blanchet st in Beaumont. Because my transmission had went out . All makes used ideal transmission 2 Rebuild my transmission. Once they got it back From ideal transmission. All makes reinstalled it .Drove it for A-day , had to bring it back to all makes because the transmission had went out .all makes took Trans out sent it back over to ideal transmission for repairs. solenoids went out so they replaced them .All makes reinstalled trans. I went to pick up my truck when it was ready at all makes, not long after. I picked it up transmission went out again. This time it was the torque converter And the pump gone out. Ideal transmission Replaced parts . Sent it back over to all makes ,they reinstalled it. I drove it for a little while about a month and transmission went out again. This time ideal transmission said they wanted the whole truck at their place, to see what is causing it to keep going out. I was out shopping when I got a phone call from Terry letting me know that The torque converter in the transmission was out . that it will cost me $1501.00 . I said oh no I'm not going to pay another penny . I asked her why is it that amount terry said its because they were not the ones who did the R&R labor , which is pulling out and putting in. I said That all makes said that you all wanted the whole truck there. To possibly see what was going on and repair it. When I said I'm not going to pay another penny .. Terry told me that she is going to have her mechanic guy stop working on it and not going to put tran back inside the truck because they had already pulled it out .I said OK that is fine all makes said they have no problem putting it back in. because I paid them the r&r but what was the reason asking for the whole truck if u are going to half as do the work .Ideal transmission ask for the whole truck. terry said they will replace the torque Converter And all makes would just have to put the transmission back .She says she would put transmission in the back of the truck and call All makes to come pick truck. Ideal transmission put the transmission in the front of my truck on the passenger side And put the torque converter behind the passenger seat With fluid still inside the torque converter. I did ask mark what could be causing the transmission to continue going out he said that all makes was putting it in wrong . that they kept busting the pump And vice versa With all makes mechanic shop. Mark said it could be the Fly wheeISo I replaced Fly wheel brand New also the transmission mount Was replaced So when my truck got back to all makes they installed the transmission. I drove it down the street and it went out again and I had enough I said I would not spend Any more money. And I wind up picking up my truck . I brought it to Ed's transmission they cost me $500 to get my truck back . Eds said that 4th and 5th gear is out the pump was good and torque converter was good but As you can see it was just one thing after another I talked to several shops and several people and they told me that ideal should have just tried another transmission but but unfortunately that was never done so here I ended up taking my truck elsewhere And having it repaired.. This is my experience with ideal transmission I could never enjoy my truck because the transmission kept breaking down Because of one thing after another ... If we would have only tried another transmission or you Are used better parts

This place did good my truck had a bad solenoid they had it changed out quick, not too bad on price as I looked up prices on parts, the people there were nice. I hope I don't have to bring my truck again to a shop but if I do I would bring it there again.

They cussed out my cousin called him every name in the boot mark (Bubba) Reddoch in Jasper called him, the customer that paid him $7852 rebuild to a stage 2 heavy service transmission, a dump a*** stupid F***, a r****** a retarded f***, a f***ing retard,(seems to be his favorite word), dense, ignorant and the list goes on.they gave him the run around and are very unprofessional won't talk to him about what was done or anything . DO NOT USE EITHER LOCATION
