Software for the $7,000 camera we purchased is unfinished. It is straight up broken software that gives inaccurate measurements. Had to meet with them and let them take over control of my computer for them to fix it. The software is untested garbage, but the camera seems accurate when it was fixed.

Fantastic team and great company making a positive global impact. You can't beat the accuracy of ICI's infrared cameras, and on top of that, the team takes excellent care of their customers. Highly recommend.
