I’m a certified mechanic my volt meter in my truck has the batteries reading 7 volts I drove 45 minutes. Checked the batteries my self and they read 7.8v These batteries will not start my truck. The guy tells me he tested them everything is fine and that I have something wrong with my truck. I will not be back.

They will not help you change a car battery here. Yet, you have to pay $18 “service” fee until you return the old battery to them. So they charge you a service fee while offering no actual service. So I ended up paying more for the battery and this “service” when I should’ve just purchased the same battery online. Lesson learned
