My children live near Beaumont. I wanted to make pork belly burnt ends the last time I was in town. I looked for pork belly at several stores in towns near Beaumont, but couldn't find one. I drove into Beaumont to Jack's Pak-It and got one with no problem.
I was back in town last week and decided to do baby back ribs. I went straight to Jack's Pak-It this time. I picked up three racks with no problem.
Good quality each time and friendly people working there!

Jack's Pak It has excellent service, excellent meats. The best filet mignon. Melts in your mouth. Best place for quality meats.
