Have several pieces from them and love each piece…. Have brought charms to add to bracelet and have jewelry cleaned, always friendly and in and out quickly…. Staff always very polite.

Thank God there is another James Avery retailer near me in Dillard’s at Parkdale Mall! I will never step foot in this one again. A few of the floor saleswomen need to learn more about professionalism and how to treat their customers. There is a certain way you do and say things. Being nasty while trying to be “helpful” just doesn’t cut it. Especially when I was never being helped by this person in the first place!!
