Too expensive for particular style. Braids were extremely too tight. $180 for cornrows to the scalp going into a ponytail size small. I only could stand the pain for 3 days before taking them out. The entire time the owner talked on her phone, so of course customer service was poor at the time. The door clearly says only by appointment Sundays and walk ins only. I got there with no open seat but before the next customer arrived the chair became open to ask me can I wait because the girl walk in had an appointment. Yes, I waited but I didn't want to because I had other things planned and already been there 3 hours. Not only that, the owner who did my hair had the lighter to my scalp to get rid of excess hair sticking out the braids. She said it wasn't my real hair, but I don't know how she could even tell the difference. One lady I would go back and try. I wouldn't recommend the other two. The other lady seemed to be fairly new and didn't do it like the picture I showed her on my baby hair. I think the styles she knew were limited.

Love the braids but they time that it took was ridiculous

My braids were done today and six hours later they are already unraveling with pieces of hair sticking out everywhere. They look horrible and she was offended when I showed her that the style was not similar to the picture of the style I had chosen. She was more interested in talking on the phone and to her friend than she was with customer service. She was extremely rude and did things that could be damaging to a customer's hair. A customer before me was unhappy with how her daughters hair turned out and Jenny did not seem to care. I should have left at that moment. I will be taking these out as soon as possible and going elsewhere to get my hair braided.
