Every now and then, you come across a business that reminds you that goodness still exists. Johnson Shell & Automotive on Calder Ave in Beaumont, TX is that kind of place. For years, my family and friends have trusted this long-standing shop, and during my recent time in Beaumont, I’ve come to see why.
They are honest, respectful, informative, and fair, and more than once, they’ve surprised me with small but generous acts of kindness. One day after a series of repairs, I drove off and realized they’d quietly fixed something extra, just to help. No fanfare, just care. It turned an exhausting day into one filled with gratitude and delight.
Thank you, Glen Johnson and your entire team, for your expertise, integrity, and heartfelt service. You make a difference, and it shows.

I had a leak under my car and it was real bad.mr Johnson diagnosed it and fixed it at a very reasonable price.this place has good mechanics that tell you exactly what the problems are.

I tried to use this business. I had a nail in my tire. I drove up to the business and saw workers off to the side so I drove toward them. They started pointing back toward the office area. I saw a man coming toward me and I rolled down my window. In a very gruff voice he told me the parking area was on the other side of the building. I told him I had a nail in my tire that I needed someone to look at. He said in the same very rude gruff voice, "It will be 1:00" I left and went to Discount Tire where a very nice young man checked my tire, removed the nail and I was on my way in about 10 minutes! I will never go back to this grumpy old man!!

My ford f150 2012 needed extensive work. I was dumb founded when I heard the estimate. Not because it was expensive but I'm widowed on a fixed income. Without me asking me. Johnson said let's set up payment arrangements! Noted this man had never seen me before. He fixed my truck I paid him entirely the following month. My truck is working great. Mr. Johnson is an angel.!

I used my card at the pump (used the pin) and a $100.00 pre-authorization was placed on my card by the gas station. This was confirmed by my card holder. Called (409.860.5361 twice and was met with a short and quirt gentleman that told me wait 3 hours and quickly disconnected my call, while I was still speaking.
