My daughter has attended for over a year in the 2’s and 3’s classes and she loves it! They supported our potty training journey tremendously and with exceptional communication. Each administrator knows every kid by name and my kids feel safe there. My son attends summer camp there and enjoys each day especially the field trips

Clean, big, top notch facility and staff! We had a great experience here and would absolutely recommend it to anyone with small children.
This review is for the Beaumont location (I haven’t visited any others).

Absolutely love the staff, all of the teachers are very kind and great with the kids. They provide snacks, lunch, assist with potty training, do a ton of crafts, have a full calendar of events, and in the rare case of an issue- they have addressed and corrected it promptly. The management is very professional while being extremely personable. Most importantly, our son absolutely loves it there, and will continue to attend for the future!

As this is out of my character and I am a very non confrontational person, I just have to say that this place has the rudest and most inconsiderate employers I have ever worked for! I have never been rude or disrespectful to be treated as such. I might often run late to work but I’ve always showed up with a smile and did my job well. I loved my babies and being in the classroom. But everything I did (outside my role in the classroom) was being critiqued which is understandable as I can take corrections respectfully. From issues of me getting ice for my water cup before walking into the classroom to being yelled at and talked to like a child for “making lunches behind” all because I’d use the restroom between transitions. To clocking me out before I can even put my shoes on because y’all prioritize cutting hours and you’re trying to rush me off the clock.. to refusing to accommodate my scheduling because you are not comfortable with me personally opening.. the list goes on. I’ve taken it all in and came to the decision to look into other centers as I am NOW UNCOMFORTABLE in my work environment. As I have not made any decisions on a center I still proceeded to put in a two weeks notice with intentions to fully work my last two weeks as normal, as stated on the paper. The next day, TODAY, they allowed me to wake up, get dressed and all, clock in ON TIME to then proceed to tell me that since I’m looking for another center I can no longer work there and they will have to let me go. Which I feel was with petty intent.. I tell them that I was just inquiring about other centers and nothing has been set in stone, no applications were filled out, NOTHING WAS CONCRETE. Therefore, if they’d let me go I’d be without a job until so. I was rudely told that was my decision and basically that was that. Which I can take full responsibility for, I could have waited until things were set BUT the sole purpose of a two weeks is to give time for you to find someone to replace me and to allow me to have an income until so. I could’ve have stopped showing up like most have done but I respectfully turned in a two weeks notice with intentions to work the full two weeks! As any normal employer would allow. But yet you still chose to let someone who is willing to work and hasn’t really done anything wrong, go. You wouldn’t even allow me to say goodbye to my babies which truly broke my heart! The employers here are incredibly rude and inconsiderate. They claim they have an “open door policy” but as soon as you come to them respectfully with any issue they don’t like they will critique every little thing you do after until you’ve reached a breaking point. They pick and choose who and when the rules apply. They talk to you very condescendingly. And are very stuck up in their own ways. I wouldn’t recommend this establishment to anyone looking for employment…And as you wouldn’t allow me to properly say goodbye, I do appreciate the time and opportunity. I will truly miss my babies and other staff. And I pray you treat your employees better going forward.Respectfully,Thank you

3 days was all it took, all because one of the owner (Ms. Carolyn) attitude, we left the place and will never come back. We came early one day to pick up our daughter and noticed that she was out on the playground, so we decided to watch her till they come in from play time. Well we were in the car for about 10 minutes and she came out and told us not to do that. We then went inside to ask the front desk a few questions about our girl getting moved to a different room, and Ms. Carolyn came dragging our daughter out with an ugly face before we could even go to the room. So I told my wife to go with the teacher to see the new room. Well I was waiting and continued to talk to the front desk, and Ms. Carolyn who rudely interrupted and told me I had to move my car from the driveway, because it's been there for over 3 minutes (it's about 3:30 pm at the time). I turned around and look and saw no car behind me and told her I was just waiting for my wife to come out. Well she nastily said, she is visiting the room and I need you to remove the car (still with the ugly face). I finished talking to the front desk and told them, today is my last day. The front desk thought I did that because of the placement of my girl in a different room. I told her no, It's because of your owner (Ms. Carolyn) nasty attitude and face making. I would never recommend this place to anyone . I already paid my registration fee and first week tuition, but I don't care. Owner like this do not deserve my business or anyone else.

Don’t take your kids here, it’s a very unwelcoming environment. There are better daycares out there.

When I decided to go back to work, we had to find a daycare for our grandson. I wanted a place that had a feeding program, so I would not have to pack a lunch every day. I searched and found Kids are Kids. They checked that box and so much more. This facility offers camera access into the classroom and on the playground. The children are fed breakfast, a morning snack, lunch, and an afternoon snack. They also have a snack tub by the door for the children to grab a togo snack as they leave. The staff is very attentive to the children and knowledgeable about what behaviors are normal for each age group. Each month a calendar is sent out letting you know what is going on and special events are posted on classroom doors.

My wife and I have had a great experience at Kids R Kids Beaumont. Our daughter has been learning at a fast pace and we believe it is a reflection of the high standards set by management and staff.

We just started taking our girl to KRK but we’re already so impressed. The staff is always amazing and our girl always seems happy to see them. She’s equally tired and content and happy l when she gets home - win win! Great communication too.

I highly discourage choosing this establishment if you reside in the Beaumont area. My children attended for less than 6 months, and within 2 weeks, they hastily diagnosed my son with a learning disorder. Despite successfully overcoming that challenge through dedicated time spent with him, he encountered yet another obstacle, as claimed by the staff. The staff members lack experience, patience, and proper childcare training. I have been bombarded with numerous bothersome messages from them, pertaining to matters that their responsibility should handle. While I firmly believe that child development primarily starts at home and schools should not shoulder the sole responsibility of developing kids, they should possess the necessary skills to handle situations appropriately. Despite the facility's promotion of modern technology and a diverse environment for children, it fails to meet the most crucial aspect - delivering high-quality childcare. It is disheartening to witness children being solely trained through an 8-inch tablet and being stereotyped before given a fair shot. Save your money and seek a facility with more experienced staff members who can effectively address common childcare situations.
