From start to finish, the customer service was outstanding. The knowledge that I received about the vehicle, I purchased was thorough. My salesman Nick Lindstrom, was by far the best salesman I’ve ever had. Nick even went above and beyond and made sure my settings were paired and operating properly with my new vehicle before I left the premises. Also, Jamie the financial advisor was extremely kind and ensured I understood the details within my payment terms.

Very professional and efficient dealership with top notch sales associates that will cater to your needs and budget. Gary Flowers was my sales associate who facilitated my deal on a new F-150, and i can guarantee you he is the one to speak to if you're in need of a new truck. Made the truck buying process a breeze and was a very pleasant man to deal with from start to finish. If you're looking for a new truck skip the head ache of going out of town for a good deal and stop at Dogget Ford.

STAY FAR AWAY from this dealership. My husband purchased a Colorado truck on 5/24 cash. He has yet to receive his plate, inspection sticker and title. They have been giving us the run around. Sales manger Victor Ruvalcaba doing something very shady. We are now getting a 3rd temporary plate. We have try reaching out to Victor, the office and our sales person Nick Lindstrom. After multiple attempts to get a hold of someone, they finally told us there was an issue filling the paper work and the plate and sticker have been mailed to us. That was 4 weeks ago. The only thing we can do at this point is to file an official acomplaint with the Texas department of Motor Vehicles.
EDITED: You asked to contact you to resolve the issue but left no means of communication. I see you just write a generic reply and not wanting to resolve the issue. Also reading the reviews below you have a few people with similar issue of not getting their title and plate. That is a shady business practice. The Texas law is clear... 30 days to file all paperworks.

I had a great experience with Doggett when purchasing my Bronco Sport last September. Pedro was very helpful throughout the purchasing process.
However, since the purchase, I have not had the same experience with the service department. Since buying my brand new car, I’ve had issues with the infotainment screen in my car blacking out or not pairing with my phone. No big deal. Eventually it stopped working all together so I reached out to the service department to get this repaired back in June. I was told that I would need to drop my car off for a few days while they diagnose the issue and then they would begin the repair process. They would not be able to provide me with a car in the meantime, so I would be without a car for days before they even attempted to fix the issue. I decided to try my luck with Sour Lake Ford and they were more than helpful, booked me an appointment the same week and had the repair done in a matter of hours. Fast forward a month or so and the sync system starts having issues again. This time, Ford has even sent out a mass letter acknowledging the issue and recommending customers to book an appointment to have the system updated. This led to my second attempt to book with Doggett, hoping the previous experience was a fluke. Once again, I’m told that I would need to drop my car off for a few days to diagnose the issue before they can begin repairs. Mind you, I’m already aware what the issue is so I’m not sure why they need a few days to “diagnose.” They would only provide a car after the diagnosis determined what repairs would be necessary, so no matter what I would be without a vehicle for a few days. I decided to call Sour Lake again. They have booked me for this week and told me the issue would be resolved in a matter of hours. I’m not sure why the Beaumont location has to hold my car for days at a time for a repair that takes a matter of hours. I’ll go through Sour Lake for anything I may need in the future.
