Horrible sales management!!! We test drove a suv and came back to purchase the vehicle then was told it was being held for someone else to test drive before we could buy it. Don't put your trust in this dealership unless you are friends with a Manager.

Bait and switch company. Do not use this company! They only care about taking your money. My Navigator needed Air ride suspension replacement. Checked local shock stores who could not get the right parts and offered a conversion instead. Called Doggett and spoke with Donald who stated they could do the replacement and quoted the pricing. Drove 100 miles to drop off SUV and rent a car to return home. Two days later I get the call from Donald stating they no longer make the parts for that air ride system. Offers same aftermarket conversion for $2,380 (twice the price). Donald literally lied about costs of aftermarket parts to me. I then called two other Dealerships in Houston, who both informed me over the phone those parts are no longer available, so they could not do that service. Donald would not return my car unless I paid a "Check out fee". How can you charge a fee when you could have never done the service I came in for in the first place. Wasted my time, extorted money for no consideration. SCAM company. I will see them in small claims court very soon. Bait and Switch is illegal. Drive to Houston to get your work done. DO NOT USE THEM! Modica Bros tire center saved the day. Total costs for a total conversion to high quality shocks was $1,105 and local, so no rental car needed.

It is a Ford dealer, need I say more?... unfortunately I used to love ford. That was until I bought a new ford vehicle and experience the poor quality and terrible service ford provides.

Worst customer service award goes to the service dept . Matt the service manager is a real tool. Calls you a liar and cusses you. This place is a 3 ring circus steer clear.

I brought my Lincoln Aviator in for service. I was told from the beginning they would be changing out the entire camera monitor system because my backup camera that was a recall has been “fixed” 4+ times and continuing to do the same malfunction. When they told me my car was ready, I went to pick it up, they didn’t even LOOK at the camera monitor system, they performed a completely different recall fix that I didn’t even know I had. So after explaining the problem and that my car will literally pull me into oncoming traffic because NONE of the “safety” functions on my car work properly at this point and it’s an actual hazard to drive, they kept my vehicle to look further into it. After 4 days of not hearing anything from Ashley, my service advisor, I called to check on the vehicle. She told me that my car was ready but they can’t fix the problem because I have CHIPS in my windshield (actual small chips because I drive 35 mins on the interstate EVERY SINGLE DAY- rock chips are inevitable). So basically I was told that my 70,000 vehicle will not work properly with rock chips on my windshield.. there is NOT ONE single rock chip near the front camera or sensor. If this is the problem, it would be affecting a lot more people than just ME! I am not the only person in America driving a Lincoln aviator with rock chips on the windshield. But I might be the only one whose car will actually pull them into oncoming traffic or other lanes without being told to do so. Ashley was less than helpful in the situation. I asked multiple people to speak to a GM or manager, but never saw a single manager. Demarcus, another service manager, came over and talked to me, explained more of the situation(which still makes no sense to me) but offered to contact Lincoln himself and explain my situation and what is going on to see if they have any recommendations on what to do at this point. He also offered a loaner but they didn’t have any at the time. He was the ONLY person that actually tried to help and he will be the only person I will go to at this Lincoln dealership and the only person I recommend if you HAVE TO service your vehicle here.

Buying a vehicle through this dealership has been a horrible experience!!! I was lied to, manipulated, worn down after hours of stressful haggling with the sales person until I finally agreed to “The Deal” mostly just to get away from there!!!\nI tried contacting the dealership to discuss my experience over 4 times, but each time I got nowhere, the last call I was transferred to the service manager!\nI left a message with the operator for someone in management to call me, “Nothing”!\nI would caution anyone who is considering doing business with these people to exercise judiciousness!!!

They are very disrespectful they were not being honest about my credit approvals from Ford and every vehicle I asked for on the lot they lied and said he was not there and it was sold and that was false information. I am more hurt than anything about how I was treated for knowing that my family is always been to cancel even my grandfather Dennis Bell he brought me there when I was 8 years old to go buy a new Ford F-150 truck for our farm times have changed
