Terrible service. Told me the Mazda service plan only covers $55 of my maintenance program. Which is not true based on what the other dealership confirmed with me.

I called twice to schedule an appointment to get my radio/map cd fixed. When I first tried to ser the appointment the lady was very rude and because I didn't want to give her my address she didn't want to set the appointment but I'm not understanding why I have to give just for an appointment. So I called another day and was told if i set an appointment because they are supposedly backed up they were going to have to keep my car for 6 days just to diagnose the problem. I just said no thank you that's okay because I'm not about to let them keep my car that long just to see what's wrong with the map cd and that's my only means of transportation and I'm definitely not about to rent a car for that simple problem so I'll find somewhere else to go.

Been trying for months to get in touch with the Mazda service department.
I have left multiple voicemails amd no one has returned my call.
I tried getting in touch with the manager, to no avail...
If I had any other option besides Doggett I would most definitely choose somewhere else. Unfortunately this is the closest Mazda mechanic in my area and I'm left with no choice.

Watch out for the hidden fees that Doggett tries to tack on to your purchase. Went looking for a new car and saw the discounts on new Mazdas, but was met with an over $1600 DataDot fee for a theft deterrent, when a quick google search shows that most other dealerships that apply DataDot charge at most $350. The dealership refused to bring down or take off the fee. This was on top of the usual car dealership games that Doggett was playing. The worst local car buying experience that I have had.

Connor was great! It’s nice to be able to have a smooth car buying process without being hounded to finance with the dealership! He was very knowledgeable and made sure I was getting the best rate possible!
Also, followed up multiple times after I purchased my car to make sure I didn’t have any questions!
I appreciate the professionalism!

Johnny was really great, very accommodating when we first came in. He was hands on, explained to us everything thoroughly, every details that we need to know, and very friendly as well. We were very satisfied with his service and I would definitely recommend him to my friends who are interested in buying a new car.

The service center, specifically Amanda were amazing. My car had been towed there while on a two day road trip and Amanda jumped in right away to help as quickly as possible. I also had my dog with me and she was super sweet and accommodating. The team had my car fixed within an hour so we could get back on the road. Amanda put us at ease in a tense situation. Can’t thank you enough!

My interaction with Donald was great, however, my service was not. Lost the use of my car for 3 days to be told they did nothing to fix the problem but charged me $368 even though it's under warranty and runs out of gas when it shows a quarter of a tank. Friendly, yes, but no loaner and ridiculous charges for zero work performed. Cannot recommend.

Great experience buying a car from Jacklin! this is my second vehicle that she has sold me and the transactions on both occasions at Doggett, were exactly what was promised on the phone when we got to closing. I have had all my service done at Doggett and plan to do the same with my wife’s new car.

Headed in to have a milestone maintenance on the car and I was well taken care of. Valerie was the concierge that took care of me and her service was excellent. Would definitely recommend.
4 stars because the service took longer than I was told. So don’t come with expectations!

I called Amanda, the service manager, to let her know my mazda miata was coming in on a tow. The previous evening, a small cat got into our engine to get warm and we started the engine and, let's just say there was damage done and a charging malfunction light came on. We are from out of state, traveling west. She was waiting for us, along with Caden when the tow truck arrived. They got the car in the shop quick and gave us updates frequently. After thorough investigation by Devon, the mechanic/technician extraordinaire, there were some issues and belts and parts that needed replacing. There would be a problem getting them until after the holidays. The whole crew came together and used some parts from a mazda on their lot to get us on our way. Nothing short of extraordinary. We are forever in your debt.
