everyone that's leaving horrible reviews for Kroger's pharmacy are a 100% correct.. yesterday I asked five times do you have my phone number. she even called it back I get home and didn't get for points my prescription. I get really tired of trying to argue and explain. I mean it's bad enough when you're talking to robots but actual people and they still don't understand and don't get it I just get too exhausted to even try. really sad part its their policies they don't understand. so what's the point you're not going to win for losing. and customer nowadays is not right.

I don’t have anything good to say about this pharmacy. Save yourself some grief and do business with a pharmacy that has knowledgeable and carrying staff. Krogers is NOT that pharmacy.

They were good until whoever the new guy is came on board (mid-late March 2024).They will lie and say that it’s illegal for them to fill a controlled RX from over 50mi away, instead of just owning the fact that they have a personal bias against pain patients.

I have come to pick up prescriptions at one o'clock more than once just to find that they are closed for lunch! That is really inconvenient for the customers. They take forever and three days to fill prescriptions anyway! I saw staff member just staring at a computer! I asked her if she could just hand me my husband's medicine. She said No! She could have at least pretended to care! Their customer service really sucks! If I could give them a negative number I would!

This place is one huge joke. The customer service I received from the pharmacist was the worst kind. So unprofessional and uneducated.

My Aunt insists on shopping at this Kroger because it's small but the cashiers are very rude and unhelpful. Last Tuesday morning, we shopped there. My Aunt is 93 and I finally convinced her to use a scooter cart. The first one had a full charge but died in the produce department about 500 feet from the front door. I found another one and transferred her produce. The 2nd one died at the back of the store about 20 minutes after the first. I approached a cashier whose name tag said Linda. She and a woman wearing a red vest with short blond hair were chatting. There were no customers in line. Linda said sorry, there are no more carts. The blond shrugged her shoulders and they both turned their backs on me. Neither offered any help or to call for help. I went back to my Aunt and her scooter full of groceries, and reported what happened. Two women stocking shelves helped us. Their tags said Darlene and Brandy. These sweet women brought a regular cart to us, moved the groceries to it and helped me get my Aunt to the unhelpful cashiers. They were closer than the auto checkout place. I put a flat of water on the belt and Linda fussed at me. She said we don't handle these heavy items and let me know she was annoyed because now she needed another employee to put it back in the basket. I suggested she and the red vested woman needed to find jobs they are physically qualified to do. Kroger found a great way to force customers to use self check outs. They put a very mean and unhelpful human cashier in place to drive everyone to self check their groceries. I shop HEB. They have very kind and helpful employees, their scooters work and their produce is beautiful. The Kroger on Phelan smells bad, too.

Terrible. I phone in presctiptions for my patiets and leave on voicemail, they are rarely received. When calling to speak to the pharmacist directly you are placed on hold and never even spoken to before being placed on hold making it difficult to know if you are even in que. I know times are challenging to find competent help but this is out of control....
