The Kroger Pharmacy customer service really sucks! They take forever and three days to fill prescriptions. Almost every time I go there to pick up prescriptions, they are closed!

My Aunt insists on shopping at this Kroger because it's small but the cashiers are very rude and unhelpful. Last Tuesday morning, we shopped there. My Aunt is 93 and I finally convinced her to use a scooter cart. The first one had a full charge but died in the produce department about 500 feet from the front door. I found another one and transferred her produce. The 2nd one died at the back of the store about 20 minutes after the first. I approached a cashier whose name tag said Linda. She and a woman wearing a red vest with short blond hair were chatting. There were no customers in line. Linda said sorry, there are no more carts. The blond shrugged her shoulders and they both turned their backs on me. Neither offered any help or to call for help. I went back to my Aunt and her scooter full of groceries, and reported what happened. Two women stocking shelves helped us. Their tags said Darlene and Brandy. These sweet women brought a regular cart to us, moved the groceries to it and helped me get my Aunt to the unhelpful cashiers. They were closer than the auto checkout place. I put a flat of water on the belt and Linda fussed at me. She said we don't handle these heavy items and let me know she was annoyed because now she needed another employee to put it back in the basket. I suggested she and the red vested woman needed to find jobs they are physically qualified to do. Kroger found a great way to force customers to use self check outs. They put a very mean and unhelpful human cashier in place to drive everyone to self check their groceries. I shop HEB. They have very kind and helpful employees, their scooters work and their produce is beautiful. The Kroger on Phelan smells bad, too.

They are severely lacking with their clicklist! i waited over 45 mins and was the only car waiting! Tried to call and no answer. Once they finally brought my order it was only half full. cant decipher their d*** receipts. They just lost a customer

Today I watched carts being brought in the front door, pushed in place for the next customer to get. Were not being sanitized. How do I know? Because me and several others had to sanitize our own carts while he sat on a box playing with his phone. Last night the Kroger on Dowlen had a employee constantly sanitizing their carts and everything else she could spray. Kudos to Dowlen Rd.

I live Kroger. great sales , fresh fruit, awesome employees, fresh meat. Kroger Brand items are so good and very inexpensive. Kroger has so many healthy choices at a great price. When I moved to the west end, I forgot about all other stores. My husband and I always choose Kroger first.

They only had the self check out open at 10 am on a Sunday morning. There were 15 carts in line before the dug out a cashier from somewhere to open a register. Also they now charge to give you cash back on debit card purchase. I am done with Kroger and will now go miles out of my way to HEB.

I have shopped there since it's been in Beaumont. I go there almost exclusively because it is near my house and has reasonable prices for the most part. Today the cashier nor bagger said anything to me. I asked one question and the cashier responded. Otherwise, they were constantly talking with each other. This is nothing new. Kroeger is actually a store favorite. I patronized their store in GA when I lived there. This store has employees who don't acknowledge your presence. You may be entering the store and employees will walk right out in front you. Of course there are three of them having a conversation and they are oblivious to the customers around them. The employees should work on their manners and customer service skills. The last time I was there I was trying to hand the key discount card to the cashier but she refused to take it. She said, no, you need to go through the register. So I proceed to get closer to the bagging area and she accepts the card. I don't know what her problem was but I was actually annoyed that this cashier had to act in such an unprofessional manner.

I come to Beaumont at least twice a month and I usually shop there when im in town. We usually barbecue pretty often and this is our favorite place to shop. They have a huge meat counter and i love the refrigerated coolers in the center of the isle. They have great prices and you can definitely save with the card. We purchase 2 huge pack's of porkchops air 11.00 a piece qhicj has at least 9-10 pork chops per pack. I also love the St Louis style marinated ribs. They are to for for. I also like taking the card because i save a lot when I purchase gas. That .10 off a gallon makes a big difference. I will always be a Kroger shopper. The store is always clean and a stocked. The staff is always nice and pleasant always greeting you with a smile. Every now and again you'll encounter a sour puss but the good employees out way the negative. Keep up the good work.

I absolutely hate shopping this location. Cashiers have bad attitudes and lord forbid you unleash a coupon because then the service gets really poor. I had to ask for them to bag my items because they just chunked them in my cart. Honestly never felt so unwanted spending my own hard earned money anywhere like I do here. Shopping Dowlen for now on.
