Always fairly stocked. The last two times I've gone they have been low on bottled water and distilled water. Also, it is not clearly marked where OJ is. I have never experienced lines which is a huge positive. The fruit/vegetable section is always well kept which I appreciate.

Kroger Pharmacy is a NIGHTMARE. The staff is rude. They cannot count days and refuse to give you scripts that are 30 and 31 days. I hate those ignunt-ass people!

Normally I love Kroger. in and out no fuss. But I used the Instacart delivery on the 7th. the website says my groceries are delivered but I have received nothing. I tried to reach Kroger who sent me to Instacart. I am upset, my money is gone and we didn't get our groceries. I don't recommend the home delivery service. I am disappointed and will do better research next time.

What about this upscale location makes Kroger think we want self checkout. This is your best Beaumont location. Why have you removed all but three regular checkouts? The other grocer down the street is adding services and expanding upscale items. Please don't go to the other end of the spectrum.

As a family, We have been requesting a Caroline cart since Target put them in every store 3 years ago. For families with a special needs member, they are a life changer when grocery shopping. It is next to impossible to push a shopping cart and a wheelchair and select groceries all at the same time. My grand daughter has cerebral palsy and is wheelchair bound. We each have asked for a cart for 3 years now. Today I asked the manager, Mike, had they gotten a Carline cart yet.

During the holidays, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year Kroger puts out the best Egg Nog hands down. I have tasted others over the years and keep coming back to Kroger brand. Thanks for giving me good holiday memories.
